[12:33] <TenMihara|GM>  Everyone has them.
[12:34] <TenMihara|GM>  Everyone has something their good at, but in return, they have things they simply cannot accomplish.
[12:35] <TenMihara|GM>  Some people try to push their limitations, others are content to skirt them
[12:35] <TenMihara|GM>  Occasionally, someone manages to break their limits, and set a new self-standard of excellence
[12:35] <TenMihara|GM>  This rarely comes without a price.
[12:36] <TenMihara|GM>  Which is why most people are ultimately content to stick to what they know
[12:37] <TenMihara|GM>  In the end, it comes down to what needs to be done, whether for survival, or progress, or any number of other reasons.
[12:38] <TenMihara|GM>  Will our group of wastelanders break past their limitations? Will it be worth the price? What will their reasons be?

[12:41] * Logic feels like shit.
[12:41] * Rime sis om Razor's withers. she absentminedly alternates poking one forehoof with the other.
[12:42] <TenMihara|GM>  *sits on
[12:44] * Green_Field for a moment considers telling her to stop, but decides that what she's doing isn't harmful.
[12:44] * Razor isn't really in the best of moods. She's still a bit annoyed at finding the oozes in the building.
[12:45] * Logic looks over to Rime. "Your hoof feeling better?"
[12:47] * Rime plops down and reaches her hoof down toward him. "it's like.. flexy." She waves it near his face.
[12:48] * Green_Field keeps watching her soft hoof antics to see if they ramp up.
[12:48] * Proverb sighs, looking over her Battle Rifle, staying close to Harmony.
[12:51] * Rime hooks her other foreleg around Razor's neck so she can present her flexy-hoof for closer inspection.
[12:51] * Logic exhales. "Rime, can we bring the building down from the outside?
[12:51] * Harmony bumps her hips to Proverb's.
[12:52] * Rime shakes her head. "Not with what I got. And I didn't see anything safe enough in there to use for blasting.
[12:52] <Green_Field> "Well, we're not going in to check anyway."
[12:53] * Logic frowns. "More worried about some scavenger wandering in there and becoming a problem with that stuff. Accidentally or otherwise."
[12:54] * Razor glances at Logic. "Somepony else's problem. Not ours."
[12:54] * Proverb looks over at Harmony. "Mmm?"
[12:54] <Green_Field> "We should either let Proverb shoot it from the window or leave it for the collegiate to figure out."
[12:55] * Logic stares at Razor. "The first time that was an excuse, we wound up with the Oozes, and that became our problem. What'll happen the second time?"
[12:55] * Harmony shrugs. She didn't mean anything by it, but just wanted to stay close to Proverb.
[12:56] * Rime shrugs. "If ya just want it on /fire/, I can work up a pretty big boom. But I can't bring the building down."
[12:57] <Green_Field> "You don't listen very well do you? I said if you want to attempt to get rid of it, have Proverb shoot through the window like she suggested."
[12:58] * Rime "Fuck-all if I care how it gets set on fire. I just don't think one incendiary is going to light it up. But by all means, whatever." She rolls to her back and resumes alternate poking.
[12:59] * Logic folds his legs and just looks a little more distant than normal. "Wait, no. Taking the building down is a bad answer, too. Those things were just what happened when some nooblord stuck wonderglue into a tub of that stuff. What'll happen if we stick bullets in it? Napalm?"
[12:59] * Razor taps a hoof in annoyance. She thinks this conversation is useless.
[13:00] * Logic ponders. "Are we going anywhere else to report our findings?"
[13:01] * Rime "Long hike out of the way back to whoever is paying us. If we're heading after your bug-dude."
[13:02] * Harmony nods. "The Collegiate would be the best best, if you want to report it."
[13:03] * Logic rolls his neck, getting ready to put some strain on his horn. "So, we're not going anywhere else before going to the Collegiate?"
[13:03] * Razor gives an annoyed snort. That's the last place she wants to go.
[13:11] * Logic 's horn glows with an awesome power. He glared at this place, sealing it into his memory. The place that Rime almost died. Birthspot of the Oozes. Wasn't that hard to. "Alright. Green, Daisy, get Rime to the medical center. You guys are going first." And, like that, LG and them blunk out of existence like a short-circuiting terminal prompt.
[13:12] * Green_Field once there and on wobbly hooves after the trip, "will do."
[13:13] <TenMihara|GM>  Daisy eeps, having not been prepared for that
[13:13] <TenMihara|GM>  Diasy is dizzy on arrival, teetering a bit.
[13:13] * Harmony waits, sitting on her haunches next to Proverb.
[13:13] * Rime was on Razor's back and finds herself materializing at that height. She eeps as she returns to ground level.
[13:14] * Green_Field puts a hoof on her to steady her before speaking to Rime, "alright, we ought to get you to the infirmary."
[13:15] * Green_Field helps her up and says that then.
[13:16] * Logic shakes his head. Ugh. He hated long distance teleporting. Made him feel like he'd just done a hard reboot of his brain. Two more. Ugh. He warped back to the rest, and then promptly warped the rest back to the college. He didn't look like he liked doing it all that much. In fact, he looked rather pale and cold.
[13:16] * Rime "Ow... fuck... watch that first step..." She accepts the hoof up and goes to follow. She walks tentatively on the odd hoof, getting used to the different sensation.
[13:18] * Razor does not enjoy being teleported one bit at all.
[13:20] * Harmony smiles at Logic. "Good job," she whispers softly, picking him up and placing him on her back. She grunts. A little... heavier than she thought. She looks back to Proverb and Razor. "If one of you could find someone to tell about the warehouse, please, I will take Logic back to his room. He needs rest."
[13:22] * Proverb nods, slinging her rifle. "R-Right, uhh, where do we start looking?"
[13:22] * Razor is probably not the best pony for that job. She gives a derisive snort. "I don't care. Anypony."
[13:23] <TenMihara|GM>  Daisy looks around, trying to remember where the infirmary was
[13:24] * Green_Field leads them there, he a has a pretty decent memory.
[13:24] * Harmony shrugs. "I do not know, ask around." She rolls her eyes at Razor. "Someone that can do something about it, not just anypony." She sighs, turning and walking slowly towards Logic's room.
[13:25] * Logic is quite appreciative of the lift. "... Thanks." He mentioned, horn smoking slightly. After a little while of walking, a niggling thought kept bothering him. "Do you like me?"
[13:25] * Proverb nods. "O-Okay." She says, glancing around before heading in, starting to look for somepony to tell about the warehouse.
[13:26] <TenMihara|GM>  Daisy sticks with Green_Field
[13:26] * Razor taps her hoof again. This whole thing didn't sit with her, at all. She heads off with Proverb.
[13:26] <TenMihara|GM>  Traige is out on the balcony of the medical examination room, smoking.
[13:27] * Green_Field asks Rime on the way, "is your hoof toughening up yet?"
[13:29] * Harmony raises an eyebrow, still looking forward. "I am sorry if my first impression told otherwise." She chuckles. "But yes, I believe so, Logic, you've grown on me." She nods once, smiling. "I must ask though... why is it that you collect porn?"
[13:30] * Rime gives a small shrug.
[13:31] * Logic looks off to the side. "Gives me something to do. Everypony needs a hobby." He felt strange about that, like he wasn't telling the entire truth. "Weird question. Are you asking why it is I currently do it, or why it is I started doing it?"
[13:32] * Harmony hmms. "I suppose I would be curious about both, if you do not mind me asking."
[13:32] * Green_Field closing in on Triage, "well, keep me posted. On your hoif and anything else that pops up, don't be afraid to bring it up."
[13:33] <Green_Field> Hoof*
[13:35] <TenMihara|GM>  Triage glances back, "S'up?"
[13:37] <Green_Field> "We had an almost run in with taint and I'd like to get her checked out." Indicating Rime.
[13:38] * Rime lips out a cigarette and lights up.
[13:39] * Proverb heads for the cafeteria, thinking that there'd probably be ponies there she could tell.
[13:39] * Logic inhales. This was going to be longer than he's used to speaking. "Started back when I was in the Crusaders. I was wandering around when kids my age were usually gone to some other gang. I didn't have my cutie mark. Everyone was saying that I was being a parasite. I wanted it, so I could leave. Did a few missions, nothing stuck. I figured, I'd ask around, see what the crusaders thought I...
[13:39] * Logic ...could do. They said get a hobby that I already sort of do, but not really. I kind of collected software, so, I figured I could do that. I asked some Crusaders what they wanted that was software. They told me to collect porn, so I did. Just about have the master catalog today."
[13:41] * Razor is pretty much just following Proverb. She hates this place, she doesn't want anything to do with it.
[13:41] <TenMihara|GM>  Triage's cigarette falls from her mouth, then she hurries over to Rime; "How close did you get? Did you make direct contact?"
[13:41] * Logic 's eyes brighten up. "I found a porn store catalog to tell me what I needed. Now, I just need to get Shaved Neighponese Clams 3 and I have the set."
[13:42] <Green_Field> "She touched a barrel filled with it. No direct contact, but it did soften her hoof."
[13:43] * Rime lifts her hoof. "I poked a barrel... I mean... it was a barrel! Not supposed to just deform at a tap..."
[13:43] * Harmony quirks her head. Odd. "What do you plan on doing after you have completed your collection?"
[13:44] <TenMihara|GM>  Triage takes the hoof and prods at it with her own. "Why the fuck would you touch a barrel of taint? How the hell was it even stored in a barrel? Nothing, ever, protects against taint."
[13:45] * Rime "Fuck if I know. It was a barrel! I perfectly fine looking barrel!"
[13:46] * Green_Field decides to keep his mouth shut about the signs that weren't read.
[13:46] <TenMihara|GM>  Triage floats over a hoof file and shaves off a bit of enamel, slipping it into a petri dish.
[13:50] * Logic 's eyes kind of dim when he gets to this part. He seemed distant, like he's trying to work something out in his head. "As to why I'm doing it now, the answer I gave Proverb was that seeing ponies at their weakest is a sort of power. Seems right, but, I dunno. Doesn't seem totally right. Wholeness maybe? Seeing one, two, or more ponies fucking, well. It's fake, but maybe seeing what they're...
[13:50] * Logic ...trying to portray is just a form of friendship. Better than what we see normally. Maybe I just like seeing ponies all freak out. I dunno." He seems to focus hard on his internal calculations. "Start something new? I did it to get my cutie mark, thinking something would stick. It wouldn't work if I did it and I didn't get it, but at least I got them all in the first place. There's...
[13:50] * Logic ...countless possibilities of what it could be. Any direction would be as good as any other."
[13:54] <Green_Field> "Besides the hoof, I didn't see anything else wrong with her."
[13:56] * Harmony nods, reaching the Collegiate Rooming area. She asks Logic, "So then, would you consider me a friend as well?"
[13:56] <TenMihara|GM>  Triage takes the sample over to a microscope and begins looking through it. "Taint is not to be trifled with. She's lucky to not be dead."
[13:57] * Logic shrugs. "You haven't tried to exclude me or kill me, so we're on friendly terms. I just don't know why you took offense to being called pretty."
[14:01] * Harmony raises an eyebrow. "I do not, but you called me a pornstar. Which... knowing you now, I suppose I could see it as a compliment. Still, it isn't the best way to tell someone they're pretty."
[14:03] * Rime takes a long drag on her coffin nail.
[14:03] <TenMihara|GM>  Triage actually snickers at Rime smoking
[14:04] * Logic shrugs. "3.1415 can be called a shortened version of Pi. Three over one is the same thing as six over two. I don't see why calling someone a porn star isn't also calling someone pretty."
[14:08] * Harmony rolls her eyes. "Because-- never mind." She nudges open Logic's door, pulls down his bed sheets, and gently places him on the bed. Pulling up his covers, she tucks Logic in. "Rest... I will come back when we are ready to leave."
[14:10] * Rime "So, what's the verdict?"
[14:11] * Logic rolls over. "Thank you." He took his cap off and placed it on his bed post, still rather happy with himself that he got a bed. "Lemme know if you want me to go downstairs and get you guys another bed." He rolled over, and put his head on his pillow. His eyes were still quite open.
[14:12] <TenMihara|GM>  Triage looks up from the microscope. "Good news is, there's no actual trace of taint in your hoof. Bad news is, I'm less experience with indirect exposure, so I can't say how long your hoof enamel is gonna stay soft for. For all I know, it might have to completely regrow before the problem is fixed."
[14:14] <Green_Field> "I'll keep an eye on it in case there are any changes."
[14:15] * Rime huffs, smokily. "Well, at least it will grow out. Maybe a soft hoof has some uses..."
[14:15] * Harmony pets Logic's mane then leaves the room, closing the door behind her. She blinks. She never put her cloak back on, and she promptly does so!
[14:15] <TenMihara|GM>  Triage nods, "As you should."
[14:15] * Harmony wanders around through the college, trying to find Razor or Proverb... or anyone familiar.
[14:17] * Proverb has probably ended up getting lost.... again.
[14:18] * Harmony is probably lost too.
[14:19] <TenMihara|GM>  Proverb stumbles upon the Cafeteria
[14:19] * Razor is mad at Proverb for getting lost.
[14:21] * Proverb eventually finds herself in the Cafeteria! Yay! She looks around for ponies to speak with.
[14:22] <TenMihara|GM>  Presently, the cafeteria has only two occupants. Saggitarius, and another pony sitting across from him the group hasn't seen before.
[14:22] * Proverb timidly approaches both.
[14:23] * Razor stays back away from them. She definitely doesn't trust herself to not do something she'd regret.
[14:24] <TenMihara|GM>  Saggitarius seems to be listening and eating while the other pony talks. "Gem and Mini are still out. It's not like them to take this long." The pony in question is a big green buck with a powerful looking rifle.
[14:25] * Proverb adjusts her eyepatch, glancing between the two. "U-Uhm... e-excuse me..."
[14:26] <TenMihara|GM>  Saggitarius looks up, swallowing, "Greetings young one."
[14:26] <TenMihara|GM>  Taurus turns around and looks to Proverb, not saying anything yet.
[14:29] * Proverb glances between the two. "U-Uhm... d-d-do you t-two, uhm, h-have a moment?"
[14:30] * Razor eyes the petrified pegasus as she struggles to speak.
[15:22] <TenMihara|GM>  Saggitarius chuckles, "You do not need to be so timid little one."
[15:22] <TenMihara|GM>  Taurus nods sagely
[15:25] <Proverb> "Well, uhm, we f-found a warehouse with, uhm, s-several barrels of taint inside of it."
[15:25] <TenMihara|GM>  Saggitarius nods, "I see. You were perhaps hoping to have them disposed of?"
[15:26] * Green_Field to Triage, "well, I should check on Logic, he might be near collapse again. I'll leave you to your work."
[15:29] * Proverb nods. "Y-Yeah..."
[15:31] <TenMihara|GM>  Triage nods, "Good luck. If you're running into taint, you'll probably need it."
[15:31] <TenMihara|GM>  Saggitarius looks contemplative. "Tell me more, then we can see what the Zodiacs might be able to do for you."
[15:33] * Green_Field with a nod to Rime, leaves and looks for others to find Logic.
[15:37] * Logic is still in his room, feeling a little better. Not really catching much sleep, but at least the nausea went away. His horn felt numb, but not as bad as it was last time. Maybe he was getting stronger. Or maybe trying to challenge the fabric of reality to a game of chicken just takes it out of you.
[15:37] * Razor is watching Proverb and the Zodiacs. There's no way she's gonna join them. She's fine right here, thank you very much.
[15:38] * Harmony is still wandering around.
[15:40] <TenMihara|GM>  Harmony also stumbles upon the cafeteria, fancy that. She can see Proverb talking to a pair of zodiacs
[15:40] * Green_Field eventually runs into Harmony and asks where he is.
[15:41] <Green_Field> Logic that is.
[15:42] * Harmony nods to Green_Field. "In his room, but do not disturb him. He is resting."
[15:44] * Proverb nods. "Well, uhm, there were some, uhh, smoozes I guess is what we're calling them."
[15:45] * Green_Field nods, "I'm still going to check on him to make sure." He heads for Logic's room and knocks lightly when he gets there.
[15:45] * Harmony trots over to Proveb's side, her head low and concealed under her cloak.
[15:46] * Logic immediately responds. "Enter."
[15:46] * Razor is by the entrance to the cafeteria. She watches as Harmony heads over to the table Proverb and the Zodiacs are at.
[15:46] * Rime waits to be dismissed from the doctor's care.
[15:46] * Green_Field does so, "I came to check you, I know how demanding those teleports can be on you."
[15:48] <TenMihara|GM>  Saggitarius raises an eyebrow, "I am not familiar with that term."
[15:49] <Proverb> "W-Well, uhm, they're h-hard to explain...."
[15:50] <TenMihara|GM>  Saggitarius nods, "Difficulty not withstanding, if this is something sinister or dangerous, it would be worth your time to explain as best you can."
[15:52] * Logic shrugs, still tucked in his bed. He seems back to his normal color, albeit difficult to tell around him. Dark gray fur isn't very easy to see through. "Cold, weak feeling went away. Horn's just numb right now. Not really bad numb, just kind of... I dunno. Run all day sort of numb."
[15:53] * Proverb nods, looking over at Harmony for help. "Well... for starters they're m-made of taint I think... and the only weapons that work on them are MEWs, explosives, and incindieary or explosive ammunition."
[15:54] * Rime supposes "It'll grow out." is as good as she'll get. She silently slips out to explore this new place.
[15:55] * Harmony nods. "The point is, is that there is a warehouse full of the material to make the creatures. We thought that something so dangerous, and related to taint, might be of interest to the collegiate."
[15:55] * Green_Field heading out, "Alright then. It sounds like rest is all you need. I'll leave you to it."
[16:00] * Logic buries himself in blanket. "Thanks for coming."
[16:01] <TenMihara|GM>  Saggitarius nods, "What makes this 'smooze' more threatening than conventional taint?"
[16:02] <TenMihara|GM>  Daisy smiles at Green_Field.
[16:03] <TenMihara|GM>  Rime is moderately sneaky
[16:03] * Harmony frowns. "In comparison, it is like mobile, actively hostile taint."
[16:04] <TenMihara|GM>  Saggitarius' normally narrowed eyes widen at this, "That is... disturbing. You are certain of this?"
[16:04] * Rime explores at random, looking for interesting stuff.
[16:04] <TenMihara|GM>  Rime finds a robotics lab
[16:06] * Harmony nods. "Yes. They have shown up near both Chapel and by the Flash Fillies, if you have heard reports of them."
[16:06] * Rime hmmms... her last dealings with robots wasn't a huge success... Robo Mom, Dad, and Brother turned on her as soon as she fixed them! Still, interesting is interesting. She slips in to look around.
[16:07] <TenMihara|GM>  Saggitarius shakes his head, "We have not been tasked with something like this thus far. Where was this facility?"
[16:09] * Green_Field closing Logic's door behind him, turns to Daisy and smiles back. "Well Daisy, once again we find ourselves alone wth no pressing concerns. I still have our room key, what do you say we head there and find something to do?"
[16:09] <TenMihara|GM>  A pair of tesla coils spark in the back of the lab, giving off definite mad scientist vibes. There is some normal illumination as well, but it's moderately dim. There are half a dozen robots in various states of repair and disrepair
[16:10] <TenMihara|GM>  Daisy tilts her head, then nods. She trusted Green_Field not to do anything she wouldn't be comfortable with, although she was beginning to have suspicions about the nature of their relationship.
[16:10] * Harmony details the proximity of the river to Chapel, then continues, "Once you reach the river, continuing North will lead you to it."
[16:10] <TenMihara|GM>  A voice comes out of the lab, "Who dares disturb my sanctuary!?"
[16:12] * Rime chuckles. "Seriously? Disturb your sanctuary?" She looks around for the voice.
[16:13] <TenMihara|GM>  A pale pink earth pony filly, hardly bigger than Rime, comes out. "Yes, my sanctuary. My Laboratory, my asylum, my refuge."
[16:14] <TenMihara|GM>  Saggitarius nods. "When Aries returns, I will consult with her. She is our demolition specialist."
[16:15] <TenMihara|GM>  Taurus looks to Harmony, "If they hurt foals at Chapel, we take care of problem for free. Found Aquarius there; good friends."
[16:15] * Rime "Asylum, eh? You nutters in the butters?" She continues to look around.
[16:15] * Green_Field leads her back to the room and sits on bed after disinfecting it. He lets out a relieved sigh, "why do I like constantly being on the move when it's so draining?"
[16:16] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo looks at Rime incredulously, "Why, what's wrong with it? I think it's perfect. Science, robots, my own security system... wait, how did you get in without setting it off?"
[16:16] * Harmony smiles. "Thank you." She dips her head in a bow, turns, and then nudges Proverb. "Let's go."
[16:16] <TenMihara|GM>  Daisy seats herself on the bed next to him, pulling out her writing pad. After the sign going up, she didn't have too many sheets left. "Freedom."
[16:17] * Logic has come to the conclusion that his mouth is /really/ dry. He took off his lab coat and armor, because damn that was getting uncomfortable, sleepily tied his blanket around his neck, and went off to the cafeteria for some water. He doesn't often go without his cap, but meh. He wasn't going far.
[16:17] * Proverb nods, turnign to follow Harmony.
[16:17] <Proverb> turning*]
[16:18] <TenMihara|GM>  Rime can spot a series of cables running along the wall and, following them with her eyes, she can see a massively strained outlet with way too many plugs in it.
[16:18] * Razor watches as Harmony and Proverb get up and get ready to leave. She waits until they leave the cafeteria and falls into step behind them.
[16:20] * Harmony doesn't yet leave the cafeteria. Poor Razor. She smiles, seeing Logic approaching, and waves.
[16:20] * Green_Field laughs, "you know, you may not think you're all that smart, but you actually are. Freedom indeed, I can't stand being stuck in some clinic with rules and such."
[16:21] * Rime "You mean that pressure plate by the door? It was obvious, so I'm like, that has to be on purpose. So I looked where I would step to avoid it and saw the triplaser in the doorframe. Hope, skip, and a jump." She looks over at the outlet and trots that way. "That looks like it is pulling way to much off a non-ground fault circuit..."
[16:21] <TenMihara|GM>  Daisy blushes a bit. "Maybe smart, but definitely no skooling."
[16:22] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo's jaw drops, "Impossible. No one has ever seen through my brilliant trap designs before." She steps closer to Rime, "Are you some kind of supercomputer disguised as a filly?"
[16:23] * Logic sees her wave, and simply replies with a sleepy "Hello" before getting himself a cup of water to kill that case of cottonmouth he had. "You tell those guys about the smooze things?"
[16:23] <Green_Field> "Well, that's what I'm here for."
[16:24] * Rime snorts. "Ha! No. Sneaking is just what I do. Seriously though... how has that not caught on fire?"
[16:24] <TenMihara|GM>  Daisy smiles, "Medicine good for helping ponies, but complicated. Maybe something easier first?"
[16:24] * Harmony nods. "Yes, and so we are ready to leave and proceed to the changelings." She looks him over. "Although, if you wish to stay here one day, and let everyone rest... I do not think there would be," She glances at Razor. "/much/ objection."
[16:25] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo looks back at the socket, "Uhhhh..." She quickly runs over to it
[16:26] <Green_Field> "Hmm, right. Now, where the hell to begin."
[16:26] <TenMihara|GM>  Daisy notes, "Writing is okay, but could be better?"
[16:28] * Rime keeps looking through the sanctuary, asylum, yada yada. "You like robots, huh?"
[16:29] * Logic is still rather sleepy. His words are clear and precisely pronounced, but they seem to trail a bit more than usual. "You tell them that some wonderglue and other chemical shit like that plus taint equals smoozelings?" Gulp gulp gulp gulp.
[16:29] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo looks back, "They make good assistants once you know how to use them. Obedient, precise, and deadly."
[16:30] <Green_Field> "I suppose I could give teaching you writing a shot. I'm not sure wear to begin though, you already know what the letters are and how to form words, so I suppose just start with some grammer."
[16:31] * Harmony nods. "I believe Proverb said as much, and they will look into the problem."
[16:31] <Green_Field> Where*
[16:32] * Rime puffs a smokering. "Until somepony reprograms them or some dormant code pops up and turns them on you. Bombs. Bombs don't turn on you."
[16:32] <TenMihara|GM>  Daisy blinks, then scribbles, "What grammar?"

[16:35] <Green_Field> "Exactly." He starts trying his best to explain what grammar is and what the rules are.
[16:37] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo shakes her head, "I've got one robot with a genade launcher, and that's all I need. I prefer precision work over bombarding large groups. Typically my assignments are better served by live capture anyways."
[16:38] * Proverb leans against Harmony, nuzzling her.
[16:39] * Rime "Concussion grenades! Seriously, remote detonated minefield to push them into a concussion bouquet. Unconscious motherfucker." She takes another drag and puff.
[16:40] * Razor taps a hoof while she waits. This place leaves her on edge.
[16:40] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo frowns, "What about a non-lethal stun beam fired from a hundred yards? So much more delicate."
[16:40] <TenMihara|GM>  Daisy follows along with Green_Field as best she can
[16:42] * Logic shrugs the blanket on his back to a more comfortable position. "Oh. Cool. Ya'll two have fun doing sex and stuff." He puts down his paper cup, throws it in the trash next to the water cooler, and starts heading back to his room.
[16:42] * Rime trots over and throws a leg over Virgo's withers. "Delicate? You're just not talking my language." She pulls her in and makes a large sweeping gesture with her other foreleg. "Explosions! As far as the eye can see! Clouds of smoke billowing into the sky! BOOM MOTHERFUCKER!"
[16:44] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo just groans, "So brutish. Why did you come in here anyways?"
[16:46] * Rime punches her lightly with her free limb. "Oh, come on! Explostions are fun! Everypony loves explosions! Loosen up!"
[16:46] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo raises an eyebrow, "Answer my question."
[16:48] * Rime "Boredom. Mostly. Yours was the first interesting room I ran into. And here you are! Needing a fun infusion! Wanna blow something up?"
[16:48] * Harmony rolls her eyes at Logic, asking him as he leaves, "So you wish to stay for the night?"
[16:49] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo frowns, "No."
[16:49] * Logic waves his hoof as he goes down the hall. "Yup." He said quite simply.
[16:50] * Proverb pertches atop Harmony's back, murring.
[16:50] * Green_Field after explaining a fair amount, "so how well are you getting it?"
[16:50] * Rime throws on a pout. "Come on! I have cherry bombs, and I bet there are working toilets here! It'll be fun!"
[16:51] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo frowns further, "How dare you threaten the innocent toilets! They are one of our most precious resources. Do you have any idea how hard it is to get plumbing working nowadays?"
[16:52] * Rime "I bet I know how easy it is to get it to not work." She waggles her eyebrows. "Eh? Eh?" Live a little!"
[16:52] <TenMihara|GM>  Daisy nods affirmatively. "It seems to be coming along."
[16:52] * Harmony shrugs, looking to Razor. "It looks like we will be resting here once again, apologies. I realize you dislike it here."
[16:55] * Green_Field claps a hoof on her back with a smile, "see? You're smarter than you give yourself credit for. With more basics like this, the medical stuff will become easy."
[16:58] <TenMihara|GM>  Daisy smiles, flushing a little.
[16:59] * Razor frowns and scratches at the ground with a hoof. "I can't stand this place! More than just 'dislike'!"
[17:00] * Harmony shrugs. "Well, unless you have an idea of what to do, as... Logic is the one interested in the changelings." She hmmms. "Actually, Razor, why don't we visit Mister Kay?"
[17:02] * Green_Field pulling out the wine bottles and a cup, disinfecting them, "let's celebrate your learning. I've never had wine before so I don't which is better. I also only have one cup, so we'll have to share."
[17:03] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo looks almost offended, "How did you even get in this building?"
[17:05] * Rime "Teleported. They got all worried cause I /may/ have gotten a /little/ close to some taint. And my hoof went all squishy. See?" Poke. Poke.
[17:07] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo suddenly looks interested again, "Contact with taint not resulting in immediate fatality? That's rare. Contact not resulting in any sort of mutation? Even rarer." She grabs the hoof and brings it right up to her eye.
[17:08] <TenMihara|GM>  Daisy looks at the wine, then nods.
[17:09] * Rime "Yeah. I poked a barrel... it was like a perfectly normal looking, non-deformed barrel, right? And I tap it to see if its full, and it just like... bows. But I'm super fast, so I'm like 'Fuck no, Barrel-Fucker!' Got away with just a bit of the squishies. Cool, huh?"
[17:09] * Razor looks away from Harmony. She still doesn't feel comfortable about that... "...I just want to leave as soon as we can. Everything about this place... makes me uneasy." She avoids saying anything about Kay.
[17:10] * Harmony nudges Razor. "He would appreciate it... If only for a few moments, let's check up on him."
[17:12] * Green_Field starts with the white wine, pours a glass, and takes a sip. "That's not bad. Here try it."
[17:14] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo eyes the hoof, "Very cool. You're lucky you didn't get any on you. It softened the barrel huh? Odd that it didn't already eat through and spill."
[17:14] * Rime "Tell me about it! It just looked normal!"
[17:15] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo nods. "And this is just the fumes coming off it huh? Crazy."
[17:15] * Razor doesn't want to talk about it. But she doesn't object.
[17:17] * Rime quirks a brow. "Fumes?" She brings her hoof to her nose.
[17:20] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo nods, "Taint is some kind of chemical stew, but its fumes are noxious if you inhale them, and you can't even look directly at the stuff without it hurting your eyes. Apparently the fumes coming into contact with something other than your brain or lungs has a curious effect."
[17:20] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo pokes the rubberhoof.
[17:20] * Rime "Oh..." stops sniffing her hoof. "/Taint/ fumes... right."
[17:21] <TenMihara|GM>  Daisy nods and takes a sip. She gives a small hiccup, then nods. She scribbles down, "I like the flavour better than your whiskey."
[17:21] * Harmony starts leading Razor to Purple_Kay, as long as she continues to not object.
[17:21] <TenMihara|GM>  The Lab holding pUrple_Kay's tank is presently unoccupied, with some sensors running continual diagnostics.
[17:22] * Razor follows, very quietly. She's very tense and even nervous.
[17:23] <TenMihara|GM>  Purple_Kay bobs a bit in the tank. He doesn't look all that bad really, aside from his old scars, and even some of them looked less prominent through the tank solution.
[17:23] * Harmony smiles, letting go of Razor. She asks, "Would you like to be alone? ....Maybe say a few words to him?"
[17:25] * Green_Field chuckles, he's kept his hoof around her. Taking another sip, "Yeah, actually it is."
[17:26] * Razor doesn't even know what she would say. But she knows she definitely doesn't want to be in here alone. "...Stay. I don't... you don't have to leave." It's hard for her to even look at the tank for very long.
[17:27] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo nods. "Most toxic substances give off fumes."
[17:27] <TenMihara|GM>  Daisy smiles and takes another sip as well.
[17:27] * Rime "Well... duh! I just thought you thought my hoof was smelly!" Nose poke.
[17:28] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo wiggles her muzzle, "It is, but that's beside the point. Science may be about precision, but that doesn't mean it doesn't get messy at times."
[17:29] * Rime boops her nose again, a big mischievious smirk on her face.
[17:30] * Harmony nods, staying by her side. She suggests, "Why don't you tell him how you've been?"
[17:31] * Green_Field finishes the glass and pours a little of the red out. "Let's try the red one next."
[17:35] * Razor glances at Harmony for a moment, before turning back to the tank. She feels a bit weird even thinking about trying to... talk to him... but... it's a strangely appealing idea. It takes a while, but eventually she finds her voice. "I... I did it, Kay. I'm a Reaper now! And..." The next part is hushed. "...I found what I've been looking for."
[17:37] <TenMihara|GM>  Diasy nods and takes a sip. She tips her head back and forth, then scribbles, "A bit stronger I think."
[17:38] * Harmony smiles, waiting beside Razor. She notes, "I bet he's proud. That you're a reaper now."
[17:39] <TenMihara|GM>  Purple_Kay remains unresponsive... mostly. A subtle twtich of his muzzle.
[17:40] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo sputters, "What are you still doing here anyways?"
[17:40] * Green_Field taking a sip himself, "indeed. It's nice to finally relax like this. I'm glad I found you to share these moments with now."
[17:41] * Rime "You haven't kicked me out, yet." Boop. "Besides, you're kinda fun."
[17:41] <TenMihara|GM>  Daisy looks at Green_Field, tilting her head.
[17:41] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo blinks, "Well... your enthusaism is a nice change from the normally taciturn lot aorund here. Even Aquarius is boring!"
[17:43] * Rime "Boring sucks! None of /my/ friends are boring! Come on, lets get something to eat, and we'll find some non-toilet thing to blow up. It'll be fun!"
[17:44] * Razor thinks he'd be more excited about the other piece of news... but of course she doesn't say that out loud.
[17:44] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo nods, "I could use a bite. I've been in here all day."
[17:45] <Green_Field> "The price of freedom can sometimes be loneliness, going from group to group, job to job, never really forming deep bonds except with a bottle. Now that you're with me, I don't feel nearly as alone anymore."
[17:48] * Rime removes her foreleg from around her withers and gives her a bump toward the door. 'Lead the way, I'm totally lost."
[17:48] * Harmony puts her hoof to the tank, sighing. "Get well soon, Mister Kay." She turns, looking to Razor. "Is there anything else you'd like to say?"
[17:51] * Razor looks long at the tank. "I..." She hesitates, then shakes her head. "That's it... nothing else."
[17:52] * Harmony nods, then nudges Proverb, who was still on her back. "Anything you would like to say?"
[17:53] * Proverb has been silent, and shakes her head.
[17:54] * Harmony shrugs, exiting the room. She waits outside for Razor, in case the mare wanted a moment alone.
[17:55] <TenMihara|GM>  Daisy smiles; "I'm glad to have met someone nice wiht my freedom, and I think my friend would be happy for me too."

[17:56] * Razor hesitates a few more moments, looking at the tank, before she follows Harmony out.
[17:57] * Harmony walks towards Logic's room, knocking lightly on his door when she arrives.
[17:57] * Green_Field 's smile fades a bit. "It's shame he couldn't be here to help you find your place."
[17:59] * Rime bumps sides with Virgo again, urging her on. "Food, fun, explosions! Come on!" She gives a big encouraging smile.
[18:02] * Logic is cozy in his bed. He also doesn't feel like getting up. "Enter."
[18:04] * Harmony opens the door. "Logic, could you get us those extra rooms, as you said earlier?"
[18:05] * Logic sighs, gets up, pulls his labcoat on, and steps out. "Is the receptionist at the desk?"
[18:07] * Harmony nods. "I believe so..."
[18:08] * Logic remembers that he needs his cap, swings back, and on his return, he points at Harmony. "I need that receptionist gone from his desk."
[18:08] * Harmony raises an eyebrow. "Why's that?"
[18:09] * Logic starts powerwalking towards the front. "Because I can't access his terminal while he's on it."
[18:11] * Rime "So, um... I'm Rime. You're?"
[18:12] * Harmony follows. She looks for the receptionist when they near. "I will try and distract him then."
[18:15] * Green_Field raises the glass. "To your friend." He takes a sip and then offers it to her.
[18:20] * Razor can probably help distract. Though, she probably shouldn't. Her kinds of distractions would likely end up with them getting kicked out.
[18:30] <TenMihara|GM>  Diasy nods and takes another sip; "To freedom."
[18:36] * Green_Field pulls her closer, pours more into the glass, and gives her a warm smile. "We have time to think on your future, but let's just focus on enjoying each others company for now, what do you say?"
[18:44] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo nods to Rimel "Virgo Zodiac."
[18:44] <TenMihara|GM>  Diasy ponders thant a moment, then nods and sips the wine, leaning against him
[18:46] * Rime "Ok, Virgee. Where's this food at?"
[18:51] * Green_Field ponders how he can ease her into it or if he even needs to. "Daisy, what do you think of me?"
[19:21] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo heads off to the caferteria, leading Rime
[19:21] <TenMihara|GM>  Daisy smiles, then nuzzles him, before scribbling; "You are the best I could have hoped for in a companion after the loss of my friend."
[19:22] * Rime ooos at the cafeteria. A whole roome dedicated to food!
[19:23] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo leads Rime up to the counter, then flashes something at the lunch lady, who nods and heads into the kitchen. She glances back, "What do you want?"
[19:24] * Rime "There's like... choices! Fuck yeah!" She looks around... "I... don't have a fucking clue..."
[19:25] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo rolls her eyes; "Two plates of radhog bacon please."
[19:26] * Rime "Oooo... that does sound good."
[19:27] * Green_Field decides honesty is the best way to go and gets eye contact with her, "do you remember the conversation we had about two ponies making each other feel good?"
[19:28] <TenMihara|GM>  Daisy giggles. "I was wondering if you might be going that way. Yes, I remember."
[19:32] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo brings Rime her bacon and sets it down for her. "Eat it, it's good."
[19:32] * Rime dives in with gusto.

[19:36] * Green_Field not that surprised by the answer, smiles at her and pours another glass of wine. "I did say that if there was anything that you didn't want to do that you should say so. That being said, what do you say we down some more wine and see what happends?"

[19:41] * Green_Field stops before taking another sip realizing his mistake. "You're right. I'm sorry, force of habit." He sets the glass down. "I'm glad you're level headed. I've used alchohol as a crutch for years now."
[19:42] <TenMihara|GM>  Daisy pats him on the shoulder, then scribbles down some more. "If we were already doing it, being a little tipsy wouldn't be bad, but deciding in the first place, we should be thinking straight I think."
[19:44] * Rime lowers her voice to a conspiritorial whisper. "Soooo... what we blowing up?"
[19:45] * Proverb has fallen asleep curled on Harmony's back.

[19:48] * Green_Field smile at her, "thank you for speaking up, I wanted it to be made with a straight head and here I was screwing that up... yet another thng."

[20:10] * Rime "Well, I don't have any with me. I'd have to put some together. There a chemistry lab around?"
[20:12] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo nods and leads Rime back to her lab, "I usually focus on arcane science, but a true scientist can eventually omnidisciplenary."
[20:14] <TenMihara|GM>  The Receptionists office is locked and caged at the moment
[20:15] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo directs Rime to her Chemistry set.
[20:15] * Harmony nudges Proverb awake, pointing to the lock.
[20:16] * Proverb murrs, cracking her eye open. "Mmm?"
[20:16] * Razor peers inside the office while Proverb does her thing.
[20:16] * Rime follows along and starts going through her supplies. A tube for the body, rig up a simple rocket engine, then a secondary charge for the fun stuff. She uses lithium for red.
[20:16] * Harmony points to the lock again. "Proverb, can you crack thart?"
[20:17] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo watches, intrigued
[20:17] * Proverb nods, pulling out her bobby pins and attempting to pick the lock on the office.
[20:21] <TenMihara|GM>  Tge lock is easy to pick anyways
[20:22] * Rime comes up with a servicable firework. "Let's set it off?"
[20:27] * Razor decides to go looking through the office for anything... easily missed once it's open and Logic starts with the hacking.
[20:28] * Harmony stays outside, making sure the receptionist isn't coming back.
[20:29] * Rime gives Virgo a little tug. "Come on. Let's get outside and blow this thing!"
[20:32] * Razor makes sure to look for a Lost and Found. Awesome things are always in the Lost and Found.
[20:33] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo nods, "Very well. Let's see this Firework of yours." She follows Rime out and leads her to a relatively clear area of the grounds.
[20:36] <TenMihara|GM>  We'll assume Logic sets them up with a new room easily
[20:36] * Rime trots merrily outside to set off the firework.
[20:37] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo watches with interest
[20:37] * Proverb nuzzles Harmony. "Mmmm..."
[20:37] * Harmony nuzzles Proverb, then heads to her room.
[20:39] * Rime moves off to the center of the clearing and gets the firework ready, using a fuse from a cherrybomb as the fuse. She lights it an scampers back to watch.
[20:39] * Razor is very disappointed at the lack of easy things to grab. She grumbles and goes off to her room.
[20:40] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo takes a cautious step back
[20:40] * Harmony curls into her bed, leaving enough room for Proverb, and dozes off to sleep.
[20:41] * Rime the firework rockets up into the sky and bursts into a brilliant scarlet bloom.
[20:42] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo's jaw drops; "Whoa..."
[20:42] * Proverb curls up next to Harmony, purring and dozing off as well.
[20:43] * Green_Field is woken up when the firework goes, but after not hearing anything else, dozes back off.
[20:44] * Rime "Sweet." She gives a yawn.
[20:45] * Razor rests on her bed. She doesn't sleep right away, instead looking at Kay's drawings... seeing him today really affected her.
[20:46] * Rime "I guess I should find my friends... figure out where we're bedding down or something..."
[20:48] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo shakes her head, "You're bunking with me tonight! Then, tomorrow, I want you to make like... a hundred more of those."
[20:49] * Rime "I don't know where we are going tomorrow, but fuck it, let's make more /now/!"
[20:50] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo smiles, "Even better!" She rushes back to the lab with Rime.
[20:50] <TenMihara|GM>  Virgo also adds, "You win, explosives are cool. At least, those ones are. Teach me."
[20:51] * Rime gives a smirk. "I'll teach ya a bunch tonight."
