when i opened my lyrics booklet and saw three columns for secret night i was ready to crumple it up and toss it out of my window BUT then i looked again and the entire last quarter is copypaste THANK GOD....
ALSO CD version of secret night has extra harmonies and for some reason extra reverb/echo on the Ah~~ 's at the beginning... Yes :^)

this song gave me a headache when i translated the game version because it's so choppy, it'll describe the scenery or something the bg and then talk about something else and then switch topics the next line and then shoehorn some randomass english that i cannot smoothly integrate : ) It gave me a headache doing the full too so oh my g Od : )

まばたきのようなMagic - I wasn't sure just what kind of 'blinking' this was referring to because 'mabataki' can refer to either like an actual blink/wink or twinkling stars/lights (bonus pts if you know which song I've translated before that used 瞬く星)
Because the song does talk abt lights quite a lot i just went with that one LOL
おどけたようにHigh-tension - hmmmmmmm i kind of get the feeling that this and the previous line are paired? if they left it as ハイテンション vs having it in english, it'd be something more like they wanna see you smile carefreely/excitedly (like when you goof around etc)
そのななめ上から奪おうか - 'naname ue' implies a sense of surprise iirc and this gave me hell last time bc i'd google it for context and get stock images of diagonal lines and that was Not conducive s I GHs... but yeah jsyk there's that connotation in there

甘い記憶あげる - i generally do not go with the literal translation bc it usually sounds terrible but in this case i cannot think of a better alternative and i am screaming in bed at 12 AM
感じたままFeel so free - literally what the fuck is this line its subjectless, it's kinda redundant in the sense that 'kanjita mama' just means 'as you feel it' .... but feel what??? also the shoehorned english was just not cooperating so i kind of just.. changed the tense a little. i am Done with this line i never want to see it agaIN
心の鎧を溶かしてく - ok technically it says ~the armor around my heart melts away~ but 'walls crumbling down' is smth i hear more in english and it has the same feeling to it so here we are

There's some interesting parallel lyrics going on with ten's キミの「本当」教えて? and gaku's キミの「本当」映して?
Ten's line is smth more like 'tell me who you really are' and gaku's is "show me who you really are" BUT 'utsushite' is used a lot with mirrors etc... When will my reflection show who I am inside........... YEAH
