Timings attempt to represent an optimal scenario, though some may be slightly off in that regard (particularly bosses, like Jenocres).  Not sure why some of the boss times differ between Chronicles and +, even easy to optimize ones like Khonsclard (Complete's are faster due to not needing to wait to move around before and after the fights).
