New(?) Atlas Mechanic clues

Hints for the Atlas mechanic

DISCLAIMER: THIS IS NOT GAMEBREAKING OR GAMECHANGING MECHANIC, DONT GET OVERHYPED (I wouldn't do this cat 'n mouse shit with stuff like that)

1) Something to do with influence
2) Nothing to do with spawning Elder
3) Nothing to do with Shaper or Elder himself
4) Useful knowledge if trying to do a certain thing easier (that some people are already doing/trying to do)
5) This interaction might've existed since Elder/Shaper influence was introduced (not sure if it did)
-> I know it exists now, but since it's not specifically linked to Shaper Strongholds, it could've been a thing since Elder/Shaper influence introduced
6) If X (condition), then Y (result)
6.1) If not X (same condition as above), then Z (different result)
-> something changes
7) Shaped Atlas Strat users can benefit from this, while still not useless for full Atlas completionists
8) Does not affect map drops directly
