Rule of Thumb for Ulduar 25: DO NORMAL MODE! Hardmode doesn't pay off in most cases. 1 more item that is rarely worth more than the ~20g difference in Lootgold. Hardmode only for transmog!

Exceptions:
Hodir: Nobody is waiting for 3 minutes(!!) to get 20g extra.
Thorim: Once again: waiting longer isn't really worth it.
