  18. - Survivalist's rifle

  21. Armor rules: NCR armor only. Naked untill acquired.
  22. Special/skills rules: 10 AGL, 6 Strength, 3 INT. You're law-enforcement that survived a bullet to the head, you're not the brightest tool in the shed.
  23. Perks/traits rules:
  24. - Sneering Imperialst is required
  25. - Grunt and commando are required
  26. Food/drugs/healing: - NO CHEMS ALLOWED
  27. - You must use every chem you find, when you find it
  28. Companion rules: Cannot take Veronica or Arcade.
  29. Gameplay rules:
  30. - Do not fire untill fired upon.
  31. - Can only change weapon/armor when not in combat
  32. - Cannot administer Stimpacks/chems/food/water in combat.
  33. Required mods
  34. - Roleplayers Alternative Start Fallout New Vegas; select the NCR history, and keep everything else default.
  35. - Jsawyers/AWOP/PN, all at once. War isn't fun, soldier.
  36. - Arwens realism tweaks
  37. - (Optional) Primary Needs HUD - pHUD in case you need to see your stats immediately.
  38. Difficulty rules: Very Hard-Hardcore
  39. Completion rules:
  40. - All 4 DLCS
  41. - NCR story path.
