  1. The primary objective of the study is to create a BenchFix Updated Website for BenchFix.
  2. The system has:
  3. - Customer Account Page - it can be viewed by the customers to view all his/her personal information, such as name, age, contact numbers, and home address, and the information about the products and services he/she availed in the past. Also, the appointments created by the customer can be managed.
  4. - Customer Registration Page - it can be accessed by any customer interested in registering to be able to create appointments through the web and availing products through the online store. Necessary information will be required for customers’ registration, such as name, contact number, age, address, etc.
  5. - Employee Account Page - it can be viewed by the employees to view his/her schedule for work. If the employee is a stylist, the appointments created by the customers can be viewed. He/she can only view the appointment's schedule as it would be rude for them stylist to manage the appointment to his/her liking. In this page, the employee can also report his/her absence to the manager through this page.
  6. - Organization Management Page - it can only be viewed by the manager of the store to manage the employees working schedules and products. He/she can view all the reports for absences of the employees. So that, if an employee is absent for a day even if there are appointments set for that day, the manager can send a message to the customer for an apology and ask the customers consent if he/she wants to avail the service under a different stylist, or cancel the appointment.
  7. - Store Inventory Page – it can be accessed by any employee allowed by the manager. This page will serve as the CRUD of the products acquired by the store to be sold to customers and the products that will be used for performing services on the customers. All the information of the product can be viewed in this page so that necessary actions can be done, like when the product needs to be restocked immediately, the product has already expired, the products price, etc.
  8. - Online Shopping Page – anyone can view this page, although, to avail a product, the person has to log in as a customer or register to have an account.
  9. - Shopping Checkout Page – this page will be accessed to confirm the order and delivery of the products placed by the customer within the shopping bag.
