Staff shit

12:49 PM - Pride: Hey man, just wanted to let you know what we've been thinking about the new staff wave and shit, but basically, we were thinking of having a semi-small meeting in the staff Discord later today when more staff get in involving the new way we're gonna promote staff and do the discussions. I know Epik already threw you some ideas, but we can probably edit those with a few other guys and get a good thing going. We also thought that we could make the discussion go live either later today or sometime this week along with an announcement to get some applications flying in it, then a week or so later, we can go over all of the apps in a meeting then, and promote the new staff. Tell me what you think, because this might be the fastest way we can get this done if you got time.

12:53 PM - Roudydogg1©: Ya, I'm going to make an announcement on the mod group for the meeting, for sometime next week. I am going to give everyone who wants to be a part of this meeting, the oppurtunity to do so, because I'm tired of this secrecy between the staff here

12:56 PM - Roudydogg1©: Would also like to point out I dont know what this "new way we are going to promote staff" is about, nobody has mentioned it and nobody has had a chance to discuss it, so afik we are making absolutely no changes yet
12:58 PM - Pride: From how I see it, basically most of the staff are hardly coming on. And it's been a long time since somebody has appealeed. We weere just thinking if we have kinda a newer approach as well as a heads up to those who may be interested, then we could get some good people who we don't know that much, but aree fit for the job.

1:02 PM - Pride: Alright I gotcha. We were thinking it would be ideal to get it set up early. But I guess we can't flow with that. I'm just hoping we can get this new thing flowing and get some decent staff
