Will set both of the JCS ranks into a meeting, figure out what's going on, and figure out how it can be fixed.

A lot of corruption in the USM, everyone's getting away with what they do.

5. What makes you more qualified than anyone else?

His experience, used to be in JAG. Used to be IG, was IG in Romeo's group for two weeks before it got closed.
