Dark Souls All Bosses - Crystalmage

Crystalmage

This is a Dark Souls Sorcery All Bosses route I created as an alternative to Crapplemage due to not liking the start of Crapplemage, and the discovery of Sen's Gate Skip. I call it Crystalmage because it learns Crystal Magic and uses the Tin Crystalization Catalyst, which Crapplemage does not. The start uses the Scimitar for Taurus Demon and Gargoyles, before switching to Sorcery for the rest of the run. Sen's Gate Skip is required for this run in this form. Duke Skip should be used, but isn't strictly speaking necessary, it's just a lot slower without it.

Start Sorcerer, Master Key

Asylum
- Pick up Shield, Dagger, equip both. Pick up Catalyst.
- Kill Asylum Demon - Plunging attack with Dagger, swap to Catalyst in mid-air, finish with 7 Soul Arrows
- Pick up the small soul after the Demon

Firelink Shrine
- Pick up the 6 Firebombs
- Pick up the 6 Homeward Bones, use one immediately
- Head to the New Londo Ruins elevator
- Pop the small soul and drop the Dagger on the elevator.
- Pick up the soul at the bottom of the elevator and head for Valley of Drakes

Valley of Drakes
- Pick up the soul next to the door, the Astora's Straight Sword, the Dragon Crest Shield, and the soul next to the Undead Dragon and head for the RTSR
- On the RTSR Tower Ladder, unequip the Humanity, equip the Large Soul of a Nameless Undead, and the Soul of a Proud Knight
- Grab the RTSR and Homeward Bone

Firelink Shrine/Undead Burg
- Pop the Soul of a Proud Knight
- Level Str to 11, Dex to 13
- Head to Undead Burg
- Talk to the Undead Merchant and buy the Scimitar, Short Bow, and 15 Standard Arrows
- Kill the Merchant using 3 Firebombs
- Kill the 4 Hollows using Soul Arrows
- Climb the ladder, equip the Dragon Crest Shield on the way up
- Lower Undead Burg Skip using the ladder/balcony skip
- Rescue Griggs
- Run up the stairs
- Get the Golden Pine Resin
- Equip the Scimitar on the Taurus Demon's Fog Gate
- Kill the Taurus Demon using the Scimitar with Gold Pine Resin
- Run to the center of the bridge and dodge the fire if possible, heal if not
- Kill the Crossbow Hollow, then shoot the Drake
- Resin the Scimitar and cut the Drake's tail
- Run to the left of the bridge and open the gate
- Equip the Drake Sword while the gate is going up.

Undead Parish
- Get through the next gate before it comes down.
- Send the Elevator down to Firelink, but don't take it yourself
- Kill Gargoyles using Drake Sword
- Ring the Bell and Homeward Bone

Firelink Shrine/Undead Parish
- Pop the remaining Soul item in your inventory
- Talk to Griggs, buy Great Soul Arrow and Great Heavy Soul Arrow
- Attune the new spells
- Take the Elevator to Undead Parish
- Kill the Heavy Knight
- Sen's Gate Skip, kill the Hollow with the Drake Sword
- Rest at the Parish Bonfire

Sen's Fortress
- Pick up the Soul in the lobby
- Rescue Logan, pick up the soul in the cage
- Use a quitout to skip the boulder
- Grab the soul on the roof, head to the bonfire and pop any remaining souls
- Level Int as much as you can
- Attune Great Heavy Soul Arrow, Great Soul Arrow and Soul Arrow in that order, then run towards Iron Golem
- Set up RTSR using the Crossbowman (1 Sprinting hit, 1 normal hit should do the trick)
- Kill Iron Golem using 2 Great Heavy Soul Arrow to the leg to make him fall off the roof and head to

Anor Londo
- Run to the bonfire
- Equip Core of an Iron Golem and use it a total of 5 times (duping it!)
- Level 12 Vit and and at least 42 Int before leaving the bonfire
- Take the elevator down, dupe Core of an Iron Golem once, and run through the Rafters
- Turn the staircase twice and run down to the Darkmoon Tomb bonfire
- Rest at the bonfire and run back up the stairs
- Turn the staircase back 1 and head for O&S
- Take the O&S Bonfire and level int to 43
- Set up RTSR using the Silver Knight at the bottom of the stairs after the bonfire room and/or falls if necessary
- Kill Ornstein then Super Smough (5 Great Soul Arrows will kill Ornstein if you can't get in a Great Heavy)
- Shoot Illusion of Gwynevere with a spell and Homeward Bone, warp to Firelink Shrine

Firelink Shrine/New Londo Ruins/Valley of Drakes
- Buy Soul Spear and Homing Soulmass from Logan
- FINISH HIS DIALOGUE in order to get him to leave Firelink
- Talk to Griggs, buy Fall Control and the Bellowing Dragoncrest Ring
- Rest and the Bonfire, level 16 Attunement
- Attune Soul Spear, Homing Soulmass, Great Soul Arrow, and Fall Control
- Level Int with any remaining Souls
- Kick Lautrec off the ledge (don't quitout for the drops, they will be picked up late)
- Take the Elevator
- Equip the Bellowing Dragoncrest Ring and drop any junk you have time to drop (Gargoyle drops, Scimitar etc.)
- Head for Valley of Drakes and Blighttown

Blighttown/Quelaag's Domain
- Cast Fall Control while in the tunnel
- Blighttown Drop/Fall Control Quitout to the the swamp
- Run to Quelaag's Domain
- Kill Quelaag using Homing Soulmass and Soul Spear
- Cast Fall Control after the fight
- Ring the Bell
- Drop down the hole, go through the secret wall
- Talk to Eingyi and say Yes
- Rest at the Bonfire, Warp to Firelink Shrine
- Buy Soul Spear from Griggs
- Jump down the hole and place the Lordvessel
- Warp to Undead Parish

Undead Parish/Darkroot Garden
- Aquire the Crest of Artorias (Buy it or kill Andre, your choice!)
- Run to the Sealed Door
- Open the Sealed door and quitout
- Take the bonfire to refresh spells and then head through the door
- Go straight ahead and head for Darkroot Basin

Darkroot Basin
- Slide down the ladder(You can also set up RTSR and use a Fall Control quitout for this part)
- Kill the Hydra
- Quitout and kill the Golden Crystal Golem, talk to Dusk
- Summon Dusk and buy Hidden Body (Optionally Cast Light if you are a scrub like me and need it for Tomb of Giants)

Darkroot Garden
-Head out and kill the Moonlight Butterfly, Homeward Bone
- Head through the door again
- (Optional: Set up RTSR using the Knight/falls)
- Pick up the Stone Armor on the way to Sif
- Equip Crown of Dusk and cast Homing Soulmass as the door to Sif is opening
- Kill Sif with Homing Soulmass and Soul Spears
- Homeward Bone and warp to Anor Londo


Anor Londo/Duke's Archives
- (Optional: Kill both Boars and take the bonfire before the elevator)
- Cast Hidden Body at the top of the first elevator
- Kill the Crystal Golem with Soul Spear(s)
- Head to the second elevator and take it.
- Duke Skip
- (Optional: Fall Control Quitout to the bottom of the ladder)
- Take the Duke's Archives bonfire (you need this to get Crystal Magic from Logan)
- Run to Crystal Caves
- Set up RTSR using Dusk Crown Ring and falls
- Head down to the bottom, cast Hidden Body before the clams and enter the boss arena
- Break the crystal with Soul Spear and kill Seath with 5 more Soul Spears
- Homeward Bone and get at least 70000 souls, though you probably want more
- Talk to Logan and buy Crystal Soul Spear and Homing Crystal Soulmass
- Cast Homing Soulmass
- Hit Logan with a Soul Spear and Homing Soulmass should finish him
- Pick up Logan's drops then Homeward Bone
- Rest at the bonfire, attune Crystal Soul Spear and Homing Crystal Soulmass over Hidden Body and Homing Soulmass
- Get 50 Int if you haven't already
- Warp to:
Undead Parish
- Head back to the Hydra area, pick up Dusk's Equipment, and take the portal to the DLC
- (Optional: Set up RTSR using falls)

DLC
- (Optional: Take the Guardian Bonfire)
- Equip Tin Crystalization Catalyst in addition to the regular catalyst and use it for all boss fights from now on (the regular catalyst is still needed for extra castings of Hidden Body in some cases)
- Kill Sanctuary Guardian
- Take the next bonfire, level Attunement to be able to attune Hidden Body, head for Royal Wood

Royal Wood
- (Optional: Royal Wood Skip)
- Run through Royal Wood using Hidden Body when necessary
- Take the elevator down to the Artorias/Kalameet area
- (Optional: Send the other elevator up in case you die)
- Set up RTSR using Dusk Crown Ring and Falls
- Run to the Kalameet arena, killing the dogs on the way, and trigger his fight, running out as he goes through the pass between the distant mountains
- Kill Artorias and head to Oolacile Township

Oolacile Township
- Take the bonfire
- Cast Fall Control after the bonfire and run down to the elevator shaft
- Fall Control Quitout to the bottom of the elevator
- Run outside and cast Hidden Body
- Head into the interior area and get the Crest Key
- Exit the interior and head down to the Chasm of the Abyss area, optionally using a Fall Control Quitout to skip the elevator
- Pick up Dark Bead
- Set up RTSR using Dusk Crown Ring and Falls
- Kill Manus and Homeward Bone
- Warp to Oolacile Township

Oolacile Township #2
- Run back to the Artorias arena and head up to Hawkeye Gough
- Get Hawkeye Gough to shoot Kalameet, and Homeward Bone
- Run to Kalameet's arena and Kill Kalameet
- Homeward Bone
- Rest at the bonfire and attune Dark Bead (level some Attunement or just swap spells around as necessary from here on out)
- Kill all the rest of the bosses and win the game!
- Just kidding, there's more technically, but it's a lot easier from here on out
- Warp to Firelink Shrine

Firelink Shrine/Undead Asylum #2
- Take the Elevator to the Parish, jumping off partway up and head for the bird's nest
- Kill Stray Demon
- Pick up the Peculiar Doll
- Homeward Bone and warp to Firelink Shrine

Firelink Shrine/New Londo Ruins
- Head for the elevator to New Londo Ruins and take it
- Cast Fall Control at the bottom of the elevator
- Seal Skip
- Kill 4 Kings (Optional - Stone Armor) (Should be able to 2 Kings with Dark Bead, Homing Crystal Soulmass and Crystal Soul Spear)
- Homeward Bone

Firelink Shrine/Undead Burg
- Cast Hidden Body, Lower Undead Burg Skip using the railing jump and run to the Capra Demon
- Kill Capra Demon with 1 Dark Bead and quitout as soon as you get the victory message
- Run to The Depths

The Depths
- Use the railing skip for the shortcut down to Gaping Dragon
- Kill Gaping Dragon and Homeward Bone
- Warp to Daughter of Chaos bonfire

Demon Ruins/Lost Izlalith
- Run to Demon Ruins and take the bonfire
- Ring swap with Dusk Crown Ring
- Fall down the cliff towards Ceaseless Discharge to set up RTSR
- Kill Ceaseless Discharge with 2 Dark Beads, Homeward Bone
- Run down to lower Demon Ruins
- (Optional) Kill the minor Capra Demon and the Rockwurm, take the bonfire
- Set up RTSR using the fire breathing 'statues'
- Kill Demon Firesage with Dark Bead
- Take the bonfire
- Set up RTSR using Falls
- Kill Centipede Demon using Dark Bead (run to the left, dodge, cast Dark Bead as many times as it takes (2-3))
- Kill Bed of Chaos using Tokhi Bombs
- Homeward Bone, warp back to Firelink

Firelink Shrine/Catacombs/Tomb of Giants
- Run to Catacombs, push the button, quitout on the animation
- Run out in the open and cast Fall Control
- Drop down to the valley floor
- Kill Pinwheel
- (Optional) Cast Cast Light if you're a scrub like me for Tomb of Giants
- Kill Nito, use either Stone Armor or RTSR and Hidden Body
- Warp to Anor Londo

Anor Londo
- Fall Control Quitout to the Painting below the Rafters
- Enter the Painting and kill Priscilla
- Exit the Painted World and Homeward Bone
- Warp to Darkmoon Tomb

Darkmoon Tomb
- Kill Gwyndolin and Homeward Bone
- Warp to Firelink Shrine

Firelink Shrine/Firelink Altar/Kiln of the First Flame
- Offer Souls at Lordvessel
- (Optional) Set up RTSR using the first Black Knight (1 regular hit)
- Kill Gwyn by parrying his first attack and casting Dark Bead (1 Dark Bead with RTSR, 2 without)
