So, let's begin. To start, I'm throwing my hat towards Pascal and his stand, Canned Heat. Although all are wearable stands, Pascal has arguably the biggest advantage over all of them: Range. Though, this means nothing if he knows how to apply that advantage, and I think he did that very well. His ways of keeping the enemy at bay and going for pincer attacks whenever it can be used at any point should Gami come into contact with Waveshaper is pretty great. Though, he has a problem should any of them come close. That being Gami's spikes and Waveshaper's skills with the blade.

And Gami herself I can see putting up a real good fight against Waveshaper, especially if she gets the opportunity to enter her other form... Should they meet.

To be frank, I'm not that big of a fan of Waveshaper's strategy of going for a tactical retreat. Although I can see it working, I don't think things will go in his favor to actually get to the meat of his strategy.

So, I think Pascal will win, but not unscathed.

Their strategies are all fairly solid this time around, so you can forgive me for not being able to just decide off the bat. With that being said... I'm putting my vote for Pascal. Though I believe that Gami may be able to overpower Waveshaper, Pascal will be using his time to set up shop and create his own Steam Fortress during their battle. Approaching him from then on will be risky, and even though Gami can dodge the jets of steam with advanced senses, she cannot dodge heat.
She'll tire herself out, going slower and slower, until she's easy pickings for Pascal and Canned Heat, or until she messes up and gets hit with a particularly bad jet of steam.

Well for what it's worth, I've decided on Waveshaper. I simply felt that his car throwing strategy would have worked to take out Pascal. Although I was honestly not a fan of his idea to run away.
As for Gami, there were too many moments that I thought were a lil too bs. And I'm honestly not a fan of her Backstory of Doom.
