The match began with Okada and Jericho trying to knock Henry down. They went back and forth with dropkicks, chops, kicks, all that, before going for a simultaneous dropkick which finally knocked the big man to the mat. Then Jericho and Okada went at it, exchanging grapples, strikes, and submissions before Henry re-entered the match and threw Jericho to the floor. Henry went for a lariat, but Okada ducked it, hit the ropes, and hit the graceful dropkick on Henry! Henry wasn't down, but he was staggering, and Okada took advantage, grabbing the hammerlock on Henry, and hitting the Rainmaker lariat! Okada went for the pin.

1...2...2.9, as Jericho pulled Okada out of the ring before knocking the Rainmaker's head into the apron! Jericho scrambled into the ring and got the pin on Henry.

1...2...3! Jericho wins!
