[The Machinist]

The Machinist is not a one-man alias, like what most people expects. It is an alias of a twin, both are metahumans with technology-based powers. Both are also extremely mentally disturbed and views humanity as a whole as an inferior product they have to destroy. They rarely leaves their den in a warehouse in the outskirts of NYC and prefers to 'oversees' via drones and television coverages.

They acts almost as if they are one mind, with the same goals : To eradicate humanity and let the machines flourish before they kill themselves as well, for they are just the ushers for the machines.

Twin #1 is Tinker/Rebecca's father, possessing the power of Electronic Intuition that he partially passed down to his daughter. Unfortunately for Rebecca he's the least stable out of the two-person unity and he abandoned her to an orphanage, feeling that she's only a nuisance to him and his twin brother's progress in wiping out humanity. This is probably the best way for Tinker since his father would literally left her starving to death and feel no remorse.

Twin #2 is the more humane brother, 'adopted' Tinker when the orphanage she was in shut down. But he was not a good guy in all sense. He did vile things to her, abused her in a lot of ways, and has a weird fixation for Tinker. His power is Technological Constructs -- meaning that he can build nigh anything he could imagine or see and make it work, by intuition and his own intelligence.
