[17:59:58] <Rica> It's actually probably the 17th.
[18:00:15] <Felicia> Yeah. I was just about to say that is when Felicia had it planned
[18:00:31] <Felicia> But man this schedual gets turned on its head alot
[18:01:24] <Rica> Then that's it!  Though, Rica herself is already prepared after class, considering it's not long since class finished.  On her way out she'd already decided this is the perfect, peaceful place to live in, and while sitting on her robochair overlooking the grasslands dials the number she received from Felicia, shuffling nervously while it rings.
[18:01:59] <Rica> Alternatively Frederica calls Felicia but where's the fun in that?  Nowhere, that's where.
[18:07:37] * Felicia Picks up her cell while chewing on a pen. "Herro, thish ish Felisha?" Is reviewing her notes from LS in the common dorms and indulging in her disgusting habit while doing so.
[18:09:03] <Rica> "Um, hello, this is Wh- I mean this is Ri... I mean" she scrambles a bit to realize who 'Felisha' is before a loud throat-clear, accompanied by whatever nature sounds there are in the biome to begin with.  "I'm sorry!  This is Frederica, you're not busy, are you?"
[18:11:52] * Felicia Spits out her pen "Oh! Hello Frederica! Nono I was just going over my notes from class today. Some rather interesting and useful information. Just sort of rambling. Why do you ask?"
[18:13:35] * Rica giggles before continuing, after a slight hesitation of course. "Well, you said you were looking for dorms to move into... yesterday, was it? I think I've found a nice place if you'd be interested in it. It's quiet and... well, it's close to where the Dratini egg's being kept right now too, but I suppose that's not permanent."
[18:14:20] <Rica> That's... assuming it was allowed to be kept on the incubator instead of cuddled every night, of course, but clearly it's best for the egg so we'll hope for the best here.
[18:16:30] <Rica> "Buuuuut if you have classwork to go over I wouldn't want to be bothering you or anything..."
[18:17:33] <Felicia> "Really? I have to admit I haven't really found the time to go out looking. I was debating the Mystic Ap building but...Well never mind that. I would be more than willing to look into this dorm, but you didn't quite say where?" She trails off as she pulls on her Felicia (red stilettos).
[18:19:25] <Felicia> "Nono! I am taking a break as we speak. Better not to overload oneself the first week. Soem fresh air and a bit of a walk will do me nothing but good. Well. This is assuming the dorm isn't near the Engineering building. I am not quite sure on the air regulations there."
[18:19:28] <Rica> "Oops!  Sorry, I got in over my head, didn't I?"  While she playfully knocks herself on the head with a balled-up fist, that's not something you can see over the phone... or is it?  "It's in the grasslands, near the Breeding & Raising classroom... there's one by Legendary Studies too.  I checked both, they're about equally quiet."
[18:21:19] * Rica can't help but let another giggle out. "Oh, that's quite alright, the air's perfectly breathable here! And it does seem like a great place for walks too, in fact. I don't have much else to do tonight myself besides look at places to stay, anyway, so I could probably look at more, but... this one just feels right, so far."
[18:24:36] <Felicia> "Hmm, right by Legendary Studies? That would be almost perfect! Shall I meet you some where in the middle then? And uh, would you say the ground is firm? Or rather not soft? No matter," she goes about changing her shoes to her black combat boots. "It does sound like you have found a very pleasent place to stay. I will see you soon!"
[18:27:01] * Felicia With new Combat Boots equiped she heads off to meet Rica at the appointed place. Stupid stilettos would just sink into the grass and trip her up any way. Combat boots. THOSE are the boots of someone with things to do. And ankles not to sprain.
[18:27:03] <Rica> "I can maneuver in it fine, so I'd say it's not much of a problem."  If ONLY she knew.  "I'll meet you soon, then!"  Aaaand... click.  Rica lets some 'mons out and watches them frolic while relaxing, which is something she can do having brought her own chair.

[18:27:28] <Felicia> (The best.)
[18:29:41] * Rica takes a break from sitting patiently to give a big wave upon Felicia' arrival. She means it about not noticing what the ground is like, but maybe that's because her feet haven't actually touched it. "It's good to see you again."
[18:31:49] <Rica> "Let's see..."  She starts off with some hand gestures.  "The B&R room is that way, but Legendary Studies is over there... it's really a pleasant walk from one to the other so if I had to check on eggs it wouldn't be a problem from the Studies building.  You're... in that class, right?"
[18:33:10] * Felicia Arrives on the scene bookbag in hand. She waves with a large smile on her face nodding "Yes I am. Though I am not sure if I would want to live there. I have the feeling Puck and Redcap would cause all sorts of mischeif. Though hmm. That might not be so bad."
[18:33:43] * Rica head-tilts. "Puck and Redcap? ... Classmates?"
[18:35:30] <Rica> "Breeding & Raising was a popular class, so during classes it may be a little bit noisy.. I can't say I've had many problematic classmates there, though.  Well... actually there was one person who- ohh, nevermind!  At least I met a new friend while I was there, earlier today.  I haven't actually been inside the Legendary Studies building, though..."
[18:38:47] <Felicia> "Oh you should! It is quite nice. Puck and Redcap are well, Assistants? TA's? They help the professor. They are shaymins. But comecome! Let's go check the dorms!" She would try and tug on Rica arm and hands to pull her along after her but this would be silly.
[18:40:04] <Rica> "Shay-"  Rica' hand raises to her mouth for a small gasp, but hiding the sparkles in her eyes she nods and operates the controls with the free arm to speed up and head along.  It leads to some awkward positioning but it gets there eventually!  To the LS building they go.
[18:41:11] * Rica recalls every 'man that was sent out along the way and eventually creaks a door open... or maybe not, since it's likely not that low-quality. "This was one of the ones I was told was vacant. Shall we?"
[18:42:44] <Felicia> "Indeed!" She says while forcing open the door all the way her self. "Hello? If any one if any one is here please inform us. Otherwise we will usurp your living quarters~" she says calling out in a singsong voice.
[18:43:42] <Rica> "Hehe.  Well, I'd hope I wasn't being lied to about the vacancy."  Though, she secretly hopes deep in her heart that there really ARE mischievous Shaymins lurking around the room.  That would guarantee its occupation without a second thought.
[18:46:59] <Felicia> "Hmm. No one is here it would seem. A pity."
[18:47:08] * Rica Rica into the room and politely shuts the door, taking note of the fact that it's probably fairly spacious (unless deconfirmed of course, but Mons isn't mean enough to do that, right?). At LEAST two beds, but there's one fixture on the wall that gets Frederica's attention the most, as she gets to work opening a secret compartment and pulling something out.
[18:48:13] <Rica> It's a TV, of course, and the disc in her hand is put into it immediately upon noticing it.  "First, I'd like to see if this works.  It may just be important."
[18:49:14] * Felicia begins her own investigations noting the space that could be used for her SCIENCE! and other shenanigans. She even begins to take notes ont he dimension of tables and desks "Hm? A Television?"
[18:51:10] <Rica> "Mm-hmm.  I'm not much for channel-surfing, but I'm not sure what my stay would be like without..."  A familiar logo pops up on the screen.  Maybe familiar.  Familiar, at least, in the sense that it's LOVED BY STUDENTS EVERYWHERE.  And of course, Rica's face lights up upon seeing it.  "You don't happen to watch Scouts of Our Lives, do you?"
[18:51:54] <Felicia> "I uh, well. Idon'treallywatchtelevision. Well, I do. But. Um. No."
[18:53:15] <Felicia> "What is it about?"
[18:53:16] <Rica> "Hee hee, you don't have to worry.  I'm usually afraid to talk about my hobby too, and I used to think poorly of it before I started watching it, but..."  She lets out a nervous giggle.  "After a couple episodes, I was hooked.  It really is a well-written show."
[18:53:59] <Rica> "Well... hmmm, how would I explain it?  It's a soap opera supposedly based on real-life events," her tone softens to a whisper, "... though sometimes I'm not sure how accurate that is."
[18:56:28] <Rica> "It's often dramatic, but it has its adventurous moments.  The characters are hard to forget, for sure... oh, but what I'm waiting for is the news of a new season I'd heard."  Rica' face stays as relaxed and calm as ever.  "Reruns are one thing, but I'm not sure what I'd do with myself if I missed that."
[18:57:26] * Felicia Quirks here eyebrow "Soap opera based on true events? That might be interesting. You will have to show it to me some time." she finishes her measurments and beams at Rica. "What do you think of the room? I have to admit I am a bit disapointted not to see any little fae running about."
[18:58:31] <Felicia> "How many seasons of the show are currently out? it sounds as if it has been running for quite some time?"
[18:58:34] * Rica flips the TV off - strangely, while winking at one of the characters - and turns around, nodding. "Oh, I will, if you'd like me to. But as for the room.."
[18:58:38] <Rica> (SO GREAT)
[18:59:20] <Felicia> (I type slow sorry =<)
[19:00:55] <Rica> "It's spacious.  Considering I... er, can't walk on my own it'd be troublesome if I got stuck trying to move around in it, and that's really all I need.  It seems to have a small kitchen, and since I like to make extra breakfast for all my Pokémon as well every morning I'd like to make use of that."  A smile.  "Scouts... I've lost count, actually!  It's already in the double-digits, at least, and I hear there was a much older version that aired years ago.  So this is... a remake of the series, essentially."
[19:01:17] <Rica> (Worry not, I find this hilarious)
[19:06:08] <Felicia> "That sounds like quite the successful show! Doubledigits my. And yes I have to agree I enjoy the plentiful free space. My experiments can often times take up quite a bit of room. I would ofcourse manage it so that others could get around! No point in having a messy workstation. Especially if you are living in it as well. But mostly...I want to catch sight of the little buggers and ask
[19:06:08] <Felicia> them about the school and all the mischeif they get into." She says with a devilish grin.
[19:08:06] * Rica returns the grin. "I'd very much like to meet them, as well. From here it would be only a short trip to the Breeding classroom to leave groups to stay and leave eggs in the incubator, so I'd like that. And... don't worry, I definitely won't get in your way here!" She says a bit nervously. "If anything, I like it because there's so much room outside to act as a playground of sorts for my friends... when classes aren't going on, of course."
[19:09:23] * Rica also presses some buttons which causes the comical gloved hands to unpack a few things, including a change of clothes and... actually, that's it. Everything else is perfectly fine being stored in the 'chair itself, and the beds themselves seem already made. Wheeling over, she presses a hand down to feel a mattress, responding only with a delighted smile.
[19:12:13] <Felicia> "I do admit the free space for my pokemon is another factor. Dulac needs a strong work out and plenty of space to do his daily workouts Sai...Well Sai is Sai. Unmoving block of scales and steel that he is," She hops on a bed herself and sets her bookbag down. "I shall need to arrange for my things to be moved. Hmm. I hope the do not jostle my chemistry set overly much. The potion
[19:12:13] <Felicia> ingredients are rather tempermental. Ooooh enough of that. This is going to be so fun! I've never lived with another person before!"
[19:14:43] <Rica> Another little giggle, as she slowly lifts herself up and onto the bed, leaving the chair behind.  Well, the other bed, anyway.  "I can't say I have either, besides my parents.  So it'll be new for both of us, won't it?  But... um, if you could like I could help with moving some things, since I carry most of mine with me.  This chair is quite sturdy, after all."  The comical gloved hands emerge and wave as she leans over to pull a lever or somesuch.
[19:19:27] <Felicia> "Hmm. That would be much appreciated. I do not trust overly much those who would be assigned to move it and I do not think I could move it all on my own. But for now..." she goes about unlacing and unbelting her boots and kicking them off to the floor. "Oooh that feels nice."
[19:21:04] * Rica does the same... in a very different way that involves reaching over and removing much more plain shoes, with awkward positioning and everything. Flopped about she looks at the ceiling and takes a breath of relief as well. "Agreed. Having a room that isn't crowded is something I'd like to get used to again, even if it was only a couple days."
[19:21:21] <Rica> "So, you'd be willing to stay here, then?"
[19:22:59] * Rica has to try desperately not to look at the TV, but manages. For now.
[19:23:20] * Felicia Wiggles her toes while turning her head to look at Rica "I'd love too. And one of these days you must tell me where you got that chair."
[19:24:21] <Rica> "Oh, I can tell you now~!  It was commissioned from a family friend back in Egondra."  She pauses to ponder.  "Speaking of which, I sent him a letter yesterday.  I wonder if he'll write back...?"

[19:25:38] <Felicia> "Oh I am sure that he will. Just a matter of how long it takes from Avalon to Egondra. Not sure how fast the postal service is here. Back in Kanto we have simply the best. Well, I was told so but I am sure it is."
[19:27:41] <Rica> "Hmm, well, I never left my hometown often, so I haven't had much experience with international postal services to begin with.  Or... any, really, for that matter.  It was mainly just thanks and explaining that I'm doing well in the academy, is all."  And it's truth!  Rica doesn't lie, that would be silly.
[19:31:48] <Felicia> "Hmm I should write home as well...Nmaybe. Well. I am keeping a journal at anyrate. Like my grandfather did before me. Our library back home has journals from most of the heads of the Dynasty."
[19:34:04] <Rica> "Heads?  You... must have an interesting family."  She keeps a polite tone about herself, either way, without trying to inquire further.  "I've heard good things about Kanto, too, though I've never been there myself.  I've seen quite a few dramas that were filmed there, and their aesthetic is... well, often unique, but I like it.  Was it a nice place to grow up in?"
[19:40:01] * Felicia Sits up while massaging her feet. "Oh yes. We are a very unique people. But hm. I grew up mostly on the estate. My parents brought in private tutors for me. It was only recently that they stopped...Oh but I would go out into the city with my grandfather quite often. He would take me to see the Silph Co. building and go out to gelato. Well. Icecream. But we called it gelato. And
[19:40:01] * Felicia the parks. He even snuck me to Lavender once to meet an old friend of his."
[19:41:59] <Felicia> "What are you parents like?"
[19:42:01] <Rica> Another giggle!  There sure are a lot of these.  "It sounds like you really did have an exciting time.  My childhood was too... until the accident a few years ago.  Fun things I've done were mostly memories, and I guess that's why I was encouraged to come here.  As in, to meet friends and spend time with Pokémon, that is."  Rica tries desperately to speak faster after the word 'accident' to divert the subject.
[19:43:07] <Rica> "My parents... well, it may not be that unique, but they work in the medical field and that's part of why I wanted to become a doctor myself.  It's the other... I guess the main reason why I'm here, so I can study to help humans and Pokémon alike."
[19:44:01] <Rica> "So..."  While not wanting to sound rude by making an assumption, she keeps it to herself and asks anyway.  "Is there something you came here to study specifically, then?"
[19:47:55] * Felicia Starts a bit, and bites her lower lip before nodding. "My grandfather was one of the brightest minds in pokemon pharmaceutical research as well as one of the higher ups in Silph Co. . I-I want to follow in his footsteps. I want to bring honor and status back to our family."
[19:49:03] * Rica pauses for a minute before nodding. "... That's a noble goal, Felicia. I hope we can both do our best this year and the next, while we're here." She does her best to give a gesture of encouragement, though it isn't much.
[19:50:19] * Felicia nods smiling gently "Thank you... I came here to study pokemon and trainers more than anything. I want to see what people desire for themselves and their pokemon. And how to better create and supply them with supplements. I currently have several formulae on that subject and even an old set of potion recipies from my grandfathers journals. I just hope...That I can do all of
[19:50:19] * Felicia this." She waves her hand to encompass the whole campus and falls silent for a moment.
[19:51:46] <Rica> "I... well, I thought our goals were farther apart than that, to be honest.  But I'm here to learn the same thing, more or less, and here to help them.  Making friends, becoming a doctor... well, I really hope I could accomplish all of them!"  She claps her hands together, smiling.

[19:59:39] * Felicia Comes out of her little reprive and smiles "Yes. I am sure we will. Reach our goals and rise above what everyone expects and says. I will not falter. This is going to be a very interesting two years. I am glad we were able to live together. I-I appreciate it. I do."
