When the player has vorpal they have access to a very powerful defensive tool that can further shut down the opponent.

Using 1A+D mash when sensing pressure will both tech throws or chain shift

-This can be used when blocking a rush, CS will come out on the first available gap
-This can be used on offense, as one can bait the opponent into trying to attack/throw them

Throw techning builds a ton of GRD, something to watch out for and another reason the threat of vorpal is strong.

The most important part of offense is the one true mixup, the throw game, the goal should be to get to a situation where the opponent fears throws and make a read on their options.

In addition to normal pressure and neutral control. Vorpal gives you an extra layer of insurance for offense
so that even if you end up having a misstep or the opponent gets an outplay, it forces them to first counteract your control of resources before they can more properly begin to run their own offense.
