[11:25] mordrude: first, and least desirable on my part, is I could give a full refund, but it would have to be done in installments because I simply do not have the funds to do it all at once, second, and also not very good for anyone, I could finish up the bodysuit and feet and send them along, plus a $300 refund for the head, third, I could redo the head, but I am sort of really torn on this one because 1. it'd be a miracle to get it done by the 15th, 2. I undercharged by $850 for his suit at my current prices already, 3. That head would be $800 today, so I'd be taking over $1600 loss on this project and I'm not entirely certain I'm willing to do that
