Internal Image Viewer allows users to view files in many different formats such as: tiff, pdf, jpeg, bmp, gif, XML, HTML, all Office file types, AutoCad and many more!
Easy to use folder structure that allows unlimited folders and subfolders; cut, copy and paste; and easy recreation of an entire windows folder structure with the click of a button.
Importing of files is easy! Simply drag and drop files and folders from Windows right into Dokmee. You can also import with index information and full text OCR.
Dokmee is compatible with all TWAIN driver scanners.
Monitor incoming fax servers, scanners, local and network folders with Dokmee’s Active Import feature. You can schedule imports directly into Dokmee.
With the Dokmee Launch feature, you are able to open external applications right into Dokmee.
Indexing is a cinch with the unlimited index field capabilities and the find and replace feature.
Scanning is a breeze with the OCR feature allowing users to quick zone images on the fly for indexing, convert files into searchable TIFF and PDF formats and perform full text OCR on TIFF and PDF files for quick searching based on document content.
Security features offer: user and group restrictions, multi-level restrictions, audit log creation and file encryption.
Take control of your file edits with overwrite, save as and version control.
Split and merge multi page PDF and TIFF files right inside of Dokmee.
The recycle bin stores all deleted files and folders until you empty it allowing for recovery of any deleted files.
