  1. Title: Walked Home in the Rain
  2.
  3. So as the title says, I was walking in the rain earlier today. My computer was in my bag, which is relatively waterproof but not completely as sometimes water gets through the gaps in the zipper. Basically I came home and took out my laptop which had some drops of water on the exterior, and I opened it up and noticed the trackpad wasn't working. Rather than turning off my laptop and leaving it to dry, I turned it on and off to try and fix the trackpad, also the cooling fan is extremely high whenever I start it and resetting the scm did nothing. The computer is running very slowly and I'm afraid that I've doomed it because I didn't realize that leaving it on and using it was damaging it. What should be my course of action now? It's a MacBook Pro retina from 2013 and there aren't any Apple stores where I live. Is there any hope for my computer
