Framerate:
Typically a Solid 60 in Whiterun and the outside areas.
In Markarth, I can see a framerate anywhere from low 30s to 60, depending on whats on screen.
Lots of water and streams on screen at once causes the fps to take a hit but this was normal for me even before mods.
Sometimes, for no apparent reason, the framerate will just drop to single digits and stay there. This only happens when I first load an area. It will sometimes recover and other times, I need to restart the game entirely. A restart will always fix this. Its sporadic too...happens in the first 10 mins or as long as 3 hours after I start playing and in any area - houses, dungeons, cities, etc.
