  1. no, dollhouse and infernal train never had colorscripts. the concept art had a strong enough color identity that it didn't need to broken down scene-by-scene. we just added variety in these levels as we went.
  2.
  3. you should check out the color scripts of movies like the incredibles and finding nemo.
  4.
  5. luis melo probably did the boss fight art you're talking about. i think there's more of that in the art book.
  6.
  7. i don't work at spicy horse anymore, so i wouldn't know about plans for further gallery apps. i'm pretty sure they wouldn't re-release the game though.

  15. Thank you for the reply and it's such a shame that the boss fights were cut because of time restraints. Were there more reasons why they were cut due to technical difficulties perhaps?
  16.
  17. As for the colorscripts, yes I do know that they're in the artbook but however they are not labeled in order like the one from your website and also the Dollhouse & Infernal Train ones seems to be missing. I was wondering if you plan on releasing the rest of the colorscripts sometime in the future whenever you feel your ready? Although you don't have to but it would be interesting to see them though.
  18.
  19. On a related note, on the GDC website there is a slide [link] that on page 15, there is a concept art that details the boss fight with the Dormouse. Did you do those concept art or someone else did? I think it would be interesting if the rest of these were released which would give us further detail of how the boss fights would have played out of course once again it's up to you or anyone at Spicy Horse to decide to release it or not.
  20.
  21. Lastly, maybe perhaps it's possible for a another Spicy Horse art gallery application that depicts the boss concept art in the future? Or maybe although very unlikely though it seems, a possible future "Director's Cut" DLC similar to Capcom did with Resident Evil?
  22.
  23. Take care.

  30. haha, yes, there were originally more boss fights in the game, but we didn't have time to make them as fun as we wanted, so we had to cut them.
  31.
  32. you can see most of the color scripts in our artbook 'the art of alice: madness returns', published through dark horse.

  40. Hello Ken, I've been a fan of the Alice games since the first one.
  41.
  42. I looked in your official web site and I notice that you posted a color script of how the Deluded Depths would have played out. While I knew there were originally going to be to be swimming stages but the part that surprised me the most that there was also going to be a boss fight with Walrus & the Carpenter it seems?
  43.
  44. Well point is, do you have plans to release the rest of the color scripts which would be interesting to see how the game would have originally played out? Well you don't necessarily have to though and I hope that I'm not asking too much.
  45.
  46. Cheers
