Так что курс который сейчас на московской бирже - это курс манямирка, что можно видеть хотя бы по объемам. ЦБ никого не отключал, крупные брокерские конторы попросту отказались от сделок на пары USD/RUB и EUR/RUB на неопределенный срок. Т.е. размер рынка уменьшился, что и вызвало временную стабилизацию курса. Когда (если) крупные игроки возобновят торги этими парами, увидим как реально поведет себя курс.
