Para ver en VLC stream de tv japonese o paginas como youtube o twitch tenemos un programa llamado Livestreamer y rtmpdump

livestreamer > http://livestreamer-builds.s3.amazonaws.com/livestreamer-latest-win32.zip

RTMPdump > http://rtmpdump.mplayerhq.hu/download/rtmpdump-1.9.zip

el rtmpdump debes extraer en la misma carpeta de livestreamer, uuna vez dentro de la carpeta vamos apretar el boton Mayus (shift) y click derecho para abrir el comando de consola:

dentro del comando de consola escribimos livestreamer http://vaughnlive.tv/sherming4444 live

una vez ejecutada el comando el livestreamer abrira el vlc para reproducir el stream
