43. [[power treads]] is a viable pick for Neko Catmandurr. The extra attack speed is what she needs for to finish the duel before it ends. It also gives you a good amount of stats and [[Legion commander]] really benefits from tread switching. Since you have [[press the attack]] the attack speed you get from it is not-so-useful, yet not to the point of extinction. The extra attack speed is great when you don't want to spam [[press the attack]] just for the attack speed. [[Legion commander]] has a bad-ish attack speed and attack speed is always welcome on her.

63. [[phase boots]] is a viable pick on [[legion commander]] but most players would go [[power treads]] instead of [[phase boots]]. It's because she already has the movement speed she needs from [[overwhelming odds]]. The extra damage is useful, but it can be disregarded a little bit. Since we have all the mobility through [[shadow blade]] or [[blink dagger]] (or both) and [[overwhelming odds]], [[phase boots]] will be quite useless.

82. [[Blink dagger]] is what you commonly see players would buy and use. It's because it provides the instant initiation you need to get your [[duel]] off in lane. You can even trick enemy players if they are naive by waiting for them to last hit and then [[blink]]-[[duel]]. Generally, [[Blink dagger]] is more effective than [[shadow blade]]. Stats-Wise [[shadow blade]] is definitely better.

93. [*]Does not interrupt channeled spells. Which means you can tp into a lane and while teleporting you can activate your [[shadow blade]] and when you arrive you just hit the foe and duel them. Surprised.
94. [*]The bonus damage will be added to your base damage which means it can be reduced through [[Enfeeble]] or [[Static Link]].
95. [*]Damage will not be amplified through [[empower]] or [[rune of double damage]]
96. [*]The damage is counted in life-steal and/or cleaves. (Splash from [[Elder Dragon Form]] or [[Psi Blades]] but not crits)
97. [*]During the fade time, you can cast spells, use items and perform attacks without breaking the invisibility.

106. You'll usually get this if the enemy has good vision over the map and you can't seem to get [[duel]]s off because of it. But it doesn't mean you shouldn't get this if you don't have [[blink dagger]] though. You can get this instead of [[Blink Dagger]] if you want. It's also alright to get both [[blink dagger]] and [[shadow blade]]. You can also upgrade this into [[silver edge]] if you bought [[shadow blade]].

115. As most heroes would normally require, you'll have a pick of what you'll upgrade your boots into. Playing as a semi-carry, it will have to be narrowed down to 2 choices early, namely [[Power Treads]] and [[Phase Boots]]. You'll have to pick one of these or you could just not upgrade it and invest gold into it a little later by upgrading it to [[boots of travel]]. Whatever floats your boat.

121. Next up, you'll have to pick-up one or two items for your mobility to help you gain your [[duel]] victories. You'll have to pick one, or both it's viable, of the 2 items called [[Blink Dagger]] and [[Shadow Blade]]. I already justified what and why you should pick one of these. Or both...
