1. Refund through either the Order form or contact Google Play Support
(Email: googleplay-support@google.com, Live chat, or call: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/6179357)

2. Only the first refund you can really be sure will go through. The 2nd and 3rd are very unlikely.
1st refund can be a ALL orders within a interval (months work), or just several.

3. Excuses are very easy to make. Just use common social engineering sense. Common excuses include:

>Siblings (most common)
>I never got my quartz!
>Dindu Nuffin
>I support Israel

4. After doing your refund, start working a on a new account. The google account has to be of a
certain age to prevent it from being flagged as high risk.

If your account does get high risk error, contact google support and usually they will remove it.
However, if it is suspicious enough they'll lock your google wallet account and ask for verification
documents. (This means you somehow fucked up because your account raised multiple flags in the system)


Notes

If you open too many google wallet accounts using the same Card, google MAY find it suspicious
	and close NEW accounts made with them.
If possible, refund as soon as you bought the gems and used them.
No, you won't get banned or get quartz taken away.
If you are gonna spend a crazy amount, be warned that because its made through separate transactions,
	you'll probably only get the first 2 refunded automatically.

- I can refund things from a month ago as well as today?
+ Yes. Some people order 5x 140 packs and refund them before the charge even goes through on their card.
Some people just buy for 1-3 months, and decide to refund everything. No known upper limits so far,
I know people who've done over 1000$.

- How old does the account need to be? Mine is like 4 months old.
+ No clue. I just use google accounts at least several weeks old. I believe 4 month should be fine though.
I don't work for google so I don't know the exact parameters that could set off a flag.

- And how do I contact them? Same way as when requesting a refund?
+ Yes, contact them (call or live chat). I'm sure you can email too, but it'll take too long.

- How do you access live chat? I've never been able to figure that one out. I heard it was more
effective than phone orders.
+ Live chat is faster, but it has a smaller number of workers, while if you call support you'll never get
the same one twice. Just learn how to lie on the phone and stop being a autist. It's a useful life skill.

- How will that conversation go?
+ Not that hard. Just imagine your a parent who caught some faggot son using their card to buy some chink
game. Say you never authorized any of these etc etc.

- Can I use the same google account on both my main and alt?
I refunded on my main before with no problems but I want to buy (no refund this time) on my alt now.
