These are missing a lot of little details including ring swaps, catalyst usage and probably some leveling, but it's mostly there. I don't think I missed anything major, but I was at work while I made these, so it's possible I did. I'll fix it once I do a practice run if there are any major problems that I find!

Start Hunter - Master Key
Pick up everything, don't drop Sword Hilt
Trigger Boulder, open Shortcut door before Oscar
Asylum Demon - Don't quitout at door, need Humanity
Pop Humanity before cutscene

Level Int and Turn Human
Pick up Firebombs
Kill Merchant
LUB Skip, Rescue Griggs
Get Resin
Kill Taurus with Resin/Shortsword

Dodge Fire, cut tail
Equip Drake Sword after lever
Get under gate, pick up Halberd
Send Elevator down
Quitout at Solaire's Summon Sign, Summon Solaire
Cut Gargoyle's Tail, kill Gargoyles
Ring Bell, dupe bone

Buy GSA, FC, Catalyst from Griggs
Kick Lautrec, head to elevator
Get soul next to door to Valley of Drakes
Pickup everything at the Undead Dragon
Try to dupe souls on elevator
Get RTSR and Grass Crest Shield and bone back

Level Attunement to 12, Int to 18 (more if dupes)
Attune Spells, pick up FAP Ring, head to Blighttown
Equip Grass Crest, Catalyst, FAP, RTSR on Elevator
Drop down and pickup Remedy
FC Quitout to Swamp
Kill Quelaag with GSA stunlock and RTSR
Ring Bell, dupe Soul of Quelaag once, homeward bone

Buy GSA, and the Bellowing Dragoncrest Ring
Take the Elevator to Parish, dupe Soul of Quelaag 5 times
Pick up Firekeeper Soul
Rest at Parish Bonfire
Level Int, Attune GHSA over FC

Rescue Logan with Drake Sword
Jump down to Onion Knight, quitout, talk to him
Dodge Boulder, Go down at second boulder
Take Fall for RTSR, kill Mimic with GHSA
Dupe Soul of Quelaag 11 Times
Pick up Covetous Gold Serpent Ring, Lightning Spear
Take Elevator up Jump off,
Run up to lever room, push lever
Pick up Large Shards on Roof
Buy 12 Large Shards and 6 Bombs from Crestfallen Merchant
Kill Iron Golem with GSHA

Rest at Bonfire
Dupe Core of an Iron Golem on Elevator
Get 10 Humanity, Knock down chandelier, Namu Rafters if able
Equip Bellowing Dragoncrest Ring over FAP
Rest at O&S Bonfire, Level 43 Int
Kill O&S, swap RTSR for CGSR
(Safety strat: Take Princess Bonfire, talk to her instead of killing her. Warp back to Princess Bonfire after Silver Knight Farming and kill her)
Kill Illusion of Gwynevere, bone back
Warp to Firelink Shrine

Buy Soul Spear and Homing Soulmass from Logan, finish his dialogue so he leaves, bone back to Anor Londo

Attune HSM, Soul Spear
Kill Silver Knight in room across from bonfire
Get Sunlight Medals from Chest
Kill Silver Knight in hallway
Go through secret door in fireplace
Kill Mimic, get Occult Club
Get Havel's Greatshield, Dragon Tooth, homeward bone
Kill Silver Knights on way to the bedroom with 3 Knights
Kill the 3 Knights in the bedroom, talk to Onion Knight
Homeward Bone, kill more Knights, head up and open the shortcut door in the room with the Silver Knight Armor chests, homeward bone
Farm Silver Knights on the first floor until you get the
Silver Knight Sword, Shield, and Spear.
Warp to Undead Parish

Buy Crest from Andre
Open door, quitout
Rest at Forest Bonfire
Head to Butterfly, killing the 2 Stone Knights
Kill Butterfly and bone back
Farm the 2 Stone Knights until you get the Stone Greatshield
Rescue Dusk, Summon her, buy all her spells, pick up Crown of Dusk, wear it for most of the rest of the run
Bone back, Join Forest Covenant, talk to Shiva
Get Stone Armor and kill Sif, bone back
Level 14 Attunement, Attune Hidden Body

Warp to Firelink
Talk to Onion Knight, say Yes for the Miracle.
Head to Undead Asylum


Cast Hidden Body for Torch Hollows
Kill Oscar, pick up Shield
Ring Swap with Dusk Ring
Hidden Body, kill Stray Demon, pick up Slab
Climb Ladder, kill Black Knight, pick up Doll, bone out

Level 19 Attunement, attune GHSA, Fall Control
Warp to Firelink
Buy Soul Arrow, Soul Spear, Aural Decoy from Griggs
Kill Griggs, pick up his stuff
Head to Undead Burg

Ring Swap with Dusk Ring, Cast Hidden Body and LUB Skip
Kill Capra, Quitout, head to Depths
Rescue Laurentius
Get Large Ember, fall down hole, kill rat before Gaping
Summon Solaire, Cut Gaping Tail, kill Gaping

Go to Blighttown via the door
Get Power Within, Fall Control and normal fall to the Swamp
Rest at Swamp bonfire
Attune GSA over GHSA
Head to Great Hollow

Cast Fall Control
Farm Crystal Lizards (you want Slabs, but the chunks are nice too!) Use GSA on them.
Stop if you get 2 Slabs
Kill Basilisks on the way down, pick up Eye of Death if it drops (you only need 1).
Pickup chunks on the way down as well.
Head to Ash Lake

Go to the Right in Ash Lake
Quitout so the Hydra doesn't kill you if necessary.
Climb the tree and get Great Magic Barrier
Discover Dragon Covenant (Don't Join!) and cut its tail
Homeward Bone

Buy Stone Greatsword, Shotel, Uchigatana from Shiva
Quitout at Eingyi, rest at Daughter of Chaos
Attune HSM and both Soul Spears in addition to HB and FC
Warp to Firelink

Take Elevator to New Londo Ruins, get Transient Curses
Go to Ghost House, Quitout at top of stairs use a Curse
Climb Ladder, put on Stone Armor
Get the key to the seal, quitout, Buy Resist Curse from Ingward
Lower the water, get the Very Large Ember
Equip Covenant Ring, Seal Skip, kill 4 Kings
Place Lordvessel with Kaathe
Talk to Kaathe again, join Darkwraiths for Dark Hand
Homeward Bone

Warp to Anor Londo, head to Duke's Archives
Kill Mimic, pick up Crysal Halberd
Kill Channeler (if Trident Drops, pick it up and cheer!)
Duke Skip, rest at Balcony Bonfire
Kill Mimic and pick up Enchanted Falchion
Pull the lever and equip Enchanted Falchion
Head down to Crystal Cave

Set up RTSR
Kill Crystal Lizards and get the Blue Slab
Hidden Body and Cut Seath's Tail (if you miss, do it in NG+)
Kill Seath, dupe homeward bone

Buy all spells from Logan, make him go hollow
Quitout twice and pick up the stuff in his chest and the blue chunk, Use Logan's Catalyst instead of the normal
Kill Naked Logan, get his stuff, get the Large Magic Ember
Homeward Bone, level Int to 50
Attune Crystal Soulmass and Homing Crystal Soulmass
Turn Stairs Kill Channeler, get Strong Magic Shield, bone
Farm Channelers until you get a Trident
Go to Prison, kill the Snake outside the cell, pick up the key, climb ladder and FC drop to the bottom of the prison
Get the 2 Miracles from the special blue guys
Homeward Bone
Warp to Firelink Shrine

Head to Catacombs
Kill Pinwheel
Get 3 Eyes of Death from Tomb of Giants
Rest at 1st Bonfire
Talk to Patches, let him kick you down
Kill Vince and Nito, talk to Rhea and get the miracle
Homeward Bone, turn Human if you're not already
Talk to Patches, say No
Pick up Effigy Shield, quitout
Kill Black Knight
Pick up White Chunk
Kill Invader Paladin Leeroy, pick up his stuff
Kill Crystal Lizard
Get White Slab and chunk before Nito
Kill Nito (Hidden Body, Logan's, Crystal Soul Spear x3)
Homeward Bone
Warp to Firelink Shrine

Buy 3 Eyes of Death and Crescent Axe from Patches
Get Pyro Flame +10, Iron Flesh, Flash Sweat from Laurentius
Take elevator and buy all of Rhea's miracles
Discover Way of White (don't join)
Homeward Bone, warp to Daughter of Chaos
Get 30 Humanity and Unlock Chaos Shortcut

Rest at Demon Ruins Bonfire, level Faith, and kill Ceaseless
Bone back and get infected by egg carrier
Rest at second Demon Ruins bonfire, set up RTSR and kill Firesage. Pick up his drop.
Head to the Chaos Shortcut tunnel and kill Chaos Bugs
Pick up Sunlight Medal if it drops (you only need 1)
(Optional, get the Sunlight Maggot)
Kill the Crystal Lizard
Drop down and get the Red Slab, kill Chaos Eater, pick up drop if anything drops. Head back up.
Kill Daughter of Chaos outside Bed of Chaos
Get Pyromancy from Chest, pick up Daughter of Chaos' drop
Kill Bed of Chaos (tokhi bombs)
Homeward bone and warp to Daughter of Chaos
Buy the 2 Pyromancies from Eingyi and cure egghead

Warp to Anor Londo
Enter Painted World, Rest at the bonfire
Shortcut jump and open the gate
Pick up the pyromancy around the corner from the gate area
Cast Hidden body and go down the well
Get the Annex Key
Kill the Fire Surge Bloated thing, and pick up Fire Surge
Enter the Annex and get Velka's Rapier
Climb the stairs, kill harpies, pick up Vow of Silence and any Souvenirs of Reprisal that drop
Farm those harpies until you get 10 Souvenirs of Reprisal
Get the Bloodshield, take the invisible shortcut
Cut Priscilla's Tail and kill her, exit Painted World

Pick up Great Magic Weapon and head out of the building
Turn the staircase and go down to Darkmoon Tomb
Kill Gwyndolin (first fight with TCC?), pick up Sunlight Blade from the chest

Homeward Bone and warp to Firelink
Jump down the hole and offer souls to Lordvessel
Rest at it.
Farm the Kiln
You need:

21 Normal
15 Red
14 Blue
14 White

Buy 99 shards from Andre
Buy :
