If you control a Thunder-Type monster, you can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. If a Thunder-Type monster, except "Summoned Skull of Electricity", attacks directly, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the end of the Damage Step. When this card in your possession is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle, or by card effect) and sent to your Graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 Level 6 DARK monster with 2500 ATK and/or 1200 DEF from your Deck or Graveyard, except "Summoned Skull of Electricity".
