Zimmy: Stuff happens when I'm around, see.
Zimmy: An' Gamma helps put things straight.
Zimmy: It's like... tuning in a *radio.* All she has to do is be near me an' the static gets pushed out.
Zimmy: Only it don't work so well when she's asleep.
Zimmy: Kinda works with you though. Not as good as Gamma but it helps.
Zimmy: Noticed that when we first met.
Annie: What kind of "stuff" happens to you?
Info: Cut has appeared on Annie's cheek
Zimmy: Sometimes I see things that ain't supposed to be there. When it gets bad things start to change.
Zimmy: Like, for real.
Info: Zimmy raises hand
Zimmy: Stuff like...
Info: Zimmy reaches towards Annie's cheek. Cut is diminished.
Zimmy: Huh...
Info: Annie leans away from hand, confused. Cut is gone.
Annie: Like what?
Info: Zimmy lowers hand and looks away
Zimmy: Goddamn storm. Just rain already.

ShadowyMan: This is unlike the other schools you have attended.

Info: Zimmy has postured herself defensively in front of Gamma
OtherShadowyMan: She will be safe there.
Info: A pause. Gamma's hands on her shoulders, Zimmy thinks.
Sound: What are they saying, Zimmy?
Info: A hand reaches out
Voice: Zimmy?
