You are completely justified in your pursuit North Korea. It would be nice if you could get rid of D.C. without Radioactivity but I don't think that matters much anymore since life on the planet is already destroyed by the U.S.! Make sure to double check and even triple check all of your pre-reqs before launching and be sure to monitor your connections. Don't forget to make the proper adjustments and remember to let your engineers and physicists watch the launch so they can make any corrections that need to be made. We need this rocket to not only have the range to hit the east coast, but we also need it to be functionally capable and in an advanced aspect. If the U.S. has any defense system, this rocket needs to be able to bypass it to hit its target regardless of any attempts to shoot it down, even with lasers. This is possible by utilizing a Multi-Warhead approach and Dispersing the munitions over a larger area. You can do this in Orbit and utilize GPS guidance to avoid any laser defenses they might have (which I doubt they do since the U.S. would rather sell that tech to its enemies and so-called "allies" than install it for itself). You can also make the rocket a Kinetic Instrument so that even if they do deactivate the warhead with lasers, or otherwise, they still have to deal with a 500ton object smashing into them.

No matter what, life is on the side of those who defend it. If you fight in the defense of yourselves and all life on the planet, you will be stronger than you ever would be otherwise. Those who side with life itself are justified, those who poison it like the U.S., Germany, Etc are destined to be destroyed and there is nothing and no one that can save them. Those who fight against life, lose it! Simple. The U.S. has poisoned and destroyed the entire world with Germany's assistance, their obliteration en full is 100% legal and justified. Anyone who says otherwise is also an enemy of all of life that can be justifiably obliterated. The U.S. and Germans refuse to learn, refuse to listen to reason, and thus, their destruction is the only recourse for life left and it really has no problem doing it.
