[14:41] <TenMihara|GM> Sometimes still is calm, othertimes it's simply the terrible waiting before some inevitable catastrophe
[14:44] <TenMihara|GM> In either event, all you really want is for it to end
[14:44] <TenMihara|GM> Even if you know something worse is coming.
[14:45] <TenMihara|GM> Will our wastelanders suffer a worse fate, or will they make these moments count?
[14:45] <TenMihara|GM> I guess we'll find out...
[14:45] <TenMihara|GM> *****Session Begins*****
[14:45] <TenMihara|GM> Missile Rush has been shot out of the sky and snatched up by a pegasus in power armour. Proverb recognized the threat of a sniper and immediately took action.
[14:47] * Purple_Kay|P pulls his sightpicture off the pegasus holding the fallen Rush. That wasnt the shooter and he can't fire on that one. He scans for other targets while still moving slowly toward Rush's assailant.
[15:00] * Proverb snaps her SVD around working the charging handle and slamming a round into the chamber. She had heard that second shot, and looks down her scope as she attempts to locate their exact position.
[15:00] <TenMihara|GM> Although the first shot was masked by thunder, the second shot was not, and Proverb can use it to spot a small, dark cloud platform about three hundred feet up. There are two pegasi in enclave power armour on it, and the rifle itself blew away part of the cloud upon being fired.
[15:05] * Proverb grins a bit to herself. Should have made that first shot the kill shot. Sloppy. She takes a deep breath, clicking the knobs on her scope as she adjusted her aim slightly, setting the crosshairs where the round would pierce through the eye of the sniper. She takes a long moment to make sure her aim is perfect, before squeezing down on the trigger bit. Her SVD cracks sharply,
[15:05] * Proverb its distinctive report echoing across the barren landscape, the recoil snapping it back some as she shifts her aim to the spotter of the group, and fires twice more, aiming for his head.
[15:11] <TenMihara|GM> Proverb's first shot flies right through the scope of the Sniper's Gestalt rifle and into his helment. The scream is audible, but the fact that there was a scream means he isn't dead. That armour is certainly worth its mettle, even with piercing power. Her two shots in the head of the spotter also deal some serious hurt, but he remains alive, barely.
[15:11] * Proverb sends a third headshot the spotter's way.
[15:16] <TenMihara|GM> His helmet is torn up by the armour piercing ammunition, and the visible parts of his face are bloody and torn through it, but the spotter isn't quite dead.
[15:18] <Proverb> "DIE YOU ENCLAVE FUCKS!" The tiny pegasus screams into the wind.
[15:21] * Green_Field grins as the scream and blood spray become audible and visible. He then turns to Daisy, becomeing very aware that he has yet to strengthen her body today. He casts Alter Phys. on her quick before turning back to follow Missle being carried off and pulling out his plasma pistol. There's not much he can do until the others mop them up.
[15:23] <TenMihara|GM> Daisy looks shocked and horrified as one of their companions is snatched up, only momentarily alleviated by the rush of strength from Green's magic.
[15:23] * Proverb grits her teeth and flips around onto her back and dives for the deck, banking hard and skidding around behind a rock, snapping her bipod down and setting up braced against it.
[15:28] <TenMihara|GM> There's a momentary lull, followed by a single thunderous shot ringing out.
[15:35] <TenMihara|GM> In spite of the damage to the weapon and his head, the spotter manages to get behind the rifle, reload it, and fire off a single shot at Proverb. The impact punches deep into her torso, but isn't precise enough to be a kill shot.
[15:36] * Proverb staggers, crying out in pain as the rock she was behind was splattered with her blood, her breath coming in gasps as she clutches her chest. "Ooooh... you're not gonna kill me that easily fuckers..."
[15:37] <TenMihara|GM> There's a call out from somewhere amongst the clouds. "Attack pattern Spitfire. I'll finish the Dashite, commence clean sweep." Three more pegasi dive out of the clouds down towards the rest of the group, while a forth dives down a little away from them, heading towards Proverb.
[15:38] * Proverb unclips her sidearm from her holster. "COME AND GET ME!" She shouts, spitting blood.
[15:39] <TenMihara|GM> As the pegasi draws closer, Proverb can recognize the filligree on his armour, right before he opens fire with a quick burst of magical energy fire.
[15:39] <Proverb> "Oh fuck you Fire Wind!"
[15:41] <TenMihara|GM> Proverb's cursing seems to be magical, or maybe the buck is just jynxed, as his left side rifle shorts out after only one shot, the linked effect causes them both to go out. He stops dead and pulls back up, letting his saddle repair itself.
[15:42] * Proverb snerks. "Yeah! Can't hit for shit you traitorus bastard! Come on down here and fight me you coward!"
[15:43] <TenMihara|GM> Proverb gets a single bolt of magical energy to her left foreleg for her trouble.
[15:43] * Proverb doesn't seem to notice it.
[15:44] <TenMihara|GM> At least the rain provides a cooling sensation against the burn
[15:46] <TenMihara|GM> In spite of misfire problems, the remaining three pegasi close in on the remaining party members (Logic, Green, Daisy, and Razor). One of them opens with a burst from a magical gattling laser, the second fires a pair of twin plasma rifles, and the third launches two shots from a Grenade Machine Gun.
[15:50] <TenMihara|GM> Purple_Kay|P takes a trio of magical bolts to the chest, although his armour is better even than theirs.
[15:51] * Purple_Kay|P glances down at the scuffing. It got his chest a little warm. He glares up with murderous eyes.
[15:58] <TenMihara|GM> Razor isn't quite so lucky as two plasma bolts strike her, one melting a hole in her armour near where her chest was previously fucked up
[16:01] * Razor gives a slightly pained hiss. She calls out, "IS THAT YOUR BEST SHOT!?"
[16:02] <TenMihara|GM> Two magical energy grenades detonate against Green_Field, the magical plasma bursting from them searing Logic and Daisy as well.
[16:06] * Green_Field praises his new riot gear as most of the blasts are taken by it and does his best to shield Daisy.
[16:07] <TenMihara|GM> Daisy eeps from the searing plasma and at least shuts her eyes to keep from getting them damaged.
[16:07] * Razor gives a low growl. These fucking turkeys think they can take Missile!? And kill the rest of them on top of that? No more fucking around! No holding back. She takes out her Buck, Dash, /and/ Rage, and takes them /all/. And she casts her spell to reinforce her armor, as well. She calls out loud, "You fucking coward Turkeys! COME DOWN HERE AND FIGHT ME!"
[16:13] * Green_Field tells Daisy to get behind something.
[16:18] <TenMihara|GM> Daisy whips out her pistol in her tail, shaking as she does so, then runs to duck behind a large chunk of uprooted asphalt
[16:23] * Purple_Kay|P looks up to gauge the distance and formation of the pegasi that just strafed them.
[16:24] <TenMihara|GM> They're 80ft up
[16:29] * Purple_Kay|P frowns as they are bright enough to stay apart. He draws a bead on the fellow grenadier. He sends a burst of high explosive death their way.
[16:38] <TenMihara|GM> Purple_Kay lays down a heavy (and probably expensive) upwards rain of hurt. Although the two other pegasi were spared the carnage, their Grenadier was reduced to a smouldering heap of slag, the remnants of which fall to the ground with a meaty thump.
[16:38] * Purple_Kay|P shares a look with Razor, seeing her down a cocktail and looking ready to bolt. "Im with ya, Kid." He prepares to do his best to follow.
[16:41] * Proverb sends yet another headshot up towards the spotter, this time carefully aiming for the unarmored muzzle that was gripping the trigger bit of the gauss rifle.
[16:45] <TenMihara|GM> Proverb's shot flies past the spotter's ear
[16:45] * Proverb growls, bracing must have thrown her alignment off. She adjusts, and then fires again.
[16:46] <TenMihara|GM> Proverb's second shot finishes the job, the spotter's brain plastered against the remnants of the back of his helmet.
[16:47] * Proverb shifts her aim to the pegasus with the pegasus with the gatling laser, and lets off a shot aimed at his wing.
[16:52] <TenMihara|GM> The gattling pegasus sneers as his armour just barely prevents his wing from getting torn off. It was injured though, and he wasn't going to be winning any races any time soon.
[17:00] * Razor watches the fight unfold above her, using the opportunity to ready her weapon, casting both her spells on it, and remains ready to go right for the first pegasus to get grounded.
[17:05] * Green_Field runs over to where Proverb and Daisy are. "Take this." His horn lights and heals Proverb.
[17:09] * Proverb groans as the hole in her chest heals, nodding to Green_Field. "Thanks Green." She says, looking back up to where Fire Wind was. "Hey Fire! Get your raggedy ass down here! I want an explination before we all go down in blaze of blood and bullets."
[17:11] <TenMihara|GM> Fire Wind snorts back, "What's to explain? You're a dashite, and the current mission objective."
[17:12] <Proverb> "Yeah I fucking know that dipshit! I want an explanation for six months ago!"
[17:13] <TenMihara|GM> Fire Wind chuckles cruelly, "You always choke under pressure. I wasn't about to get my career, my life, and my family destroyed for your stupid little spat with the brass."
[17:16] * Proverb grits her teeth. "You know we would have succeeded if you hadn't done what you did! You got your own fucking sister KILLED because of it!"
[17:18] <TenMihara|GM> Fire Wind frowns, "She got herself killed when she decided to join a band of traitors." His saddle finishes clearing the glitch, and he opens fire on Proverb.
[17:18] <Proverb> "YOU SICK FUCK!" She screeches at him, ducking behind the rock as the bolts of energy came flying in.
[17:27] <TenMihara|GM> Fire Wind isn't pulling any punches as he peppers Proverb, and her cover rock with a multitude of arcane firepower. Large chunks of her armour are vaporized.
[17:32] <TenMihara|GM> Proverb feels one of her lungs evaporate as a particularly brutal shot sears through her chest. The paired shot to that one disintegrated her entire left forleg, leaving a blistering stump.
[17:32] <TenMihara|GM> Proverb collapses on the ground, not breathing.
[17:32] * Proverb staggers, screaming in pain, but she doesn't go down at the first set of hits. "Try harder!" She yells at him. "Or I'll kill you fir-!" The last two knock her back with a howl and she goes down, lifeless.
[17:36] <TenMihara|GM> Fire Wind smirks at his handiwork, looking around at the other two grounded ponies. If they knew what was good for them, they'd run, and he could take both traitor corpses in. Pity about Telescope though.
[17:36] <TenMihara|GM> *Telescope and Strafe
[17:41] <TenMihara|GM> After what happened to Strafe, the other two pegasi put some distance between themselves and Purple_Kay. The one with the gattling laser lays down suppressive fire in Purple_Kay's direction, while the one with the plasma rifles lobs a twinshot right at him
[17:49] <TenMihara|GM> Purple_Kay's armour takes the plasma with gusto, although the heated metal would sting like hell
[17:50] <TenMihara|GM> The Enclaver carrying Missile is still heading up towards the clouds and away from the group
[17:50] * Purple_Kay shakes his right hind leg once in annoyance. He's familiar with burns.
[17:52] <TenMihara|GM> Daisy screams as Proverb falls and discharges her .45 pistol wildly in the direction of Fire Wind
[17:54] <TenMihara|GM> three bullets flatten themselves against the Pegasi's armour, barely jostling him.
[17:56] * Purple_Kay turns to the right, away from the fleeing pegasi, disturbingly another green dot on his EFS has gone out. He turns to find Proverb laid out... and not whole. He locks eyes with the attacking pegasus Daisy's shots may have gotten the attention of as his heavy grenade machine guns cycle rounds audibly.
[18:02] <Purple_Kay>  Scowls at the pegasus as he depresses the saddle's yoke to make him disappear.
[18:07] <TenMihara|GM> Fire Wind Drops to the ground as he's blow out of the sky. His armour is in shambles, buckled and collapsed in several places. His tail piece and left legs are both missing, his wings are mangled, and yet he still manages to draw ragged breath.
[18:08] * Purple_Kay sees the red dot still present on his EFS, he prepares himself to run after Razor is she bolts toward the nearly dead pegasus.
[18:09] * Razor was waiting for this moment. As soon as she sees him going down, she rushes right for the commander, intent to take out her frustrations on the pony who was responsible for this!
[18:10] * Proverb remains dead... for now.
[18:10] * Purple_Kay 's heavy hooffalls follow on Razor's heels as fast as he's able.
[18:20] * Razor comes to a halt right on top of the fallen pegasus. She places a hoof right on his chest and leans in to say, "You shouldn't have done that. YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE FUCKING DONE THAT!" She gives a sadistic little grin. "I wonder how long you Turkeys will thrash around with the head cut off? LET'S FIND OUT!" With that, she brings her blade down to hack his head off his body.
[18:26] <TenMihara|GM> A few hacks with her sword is all it takes to separate the head of the pegasus from his body. His mangled corpse twitches and flails, but is not very violent in doing so owing to the heavy armour.
[18:31] * Razor smirks as she watches him twitch and flail about. It's not as satisfying she she really wanted, but it's still a little bit satisfying, at least.
[18:32] * Purple_Kay stands close by, focusing on the sky and not Razor's wetwork.
[18:32] * Green_Field while the others are busy shooting, wastes no time in lighting his horn once again. He focuses on the unmoving Pegasus' heart and sends a magical jolt into it to reawaken her.
[18:34] * Green_Field then immediatly casts another healing spell to fix her up as best he can.
[18:35] * Proverb suddenly gasps, her eye shooting open as she sputters, her wings and remaining three legs flailing around a bit as she hacks and coughs violently, clutching at her chest, and then at the stump of her missing leg.
[18:36] <Proverb> "My leg..."
[18:36] * Green_Field holds her down gently. "It's ok, you're back. We'll get it looked at later. For now, we need to finish up here."
[18:38] * Proverb nods to Green_Field, fumbling around in the dirt a bit before yanking her pistol from her holster. "Wh-where's Fire Wind?" She wheezes to him.
[18:39] <Green_Field> "You need to relax." He turns to see him dead. "He's dead."
[18:40] * Proverb nods to Green_Field. "And th-the rest of the Enclavers?" She asks him quietly,
[18:45] <Green_Field> "They're trying to escape. They still have missle."
[18:51] * Proverb attempts to get up. "Then we're not finished." She grunts out through gritted teeth.
[19:15] <TenMihara> The remaining Enclaves go on the full retreat. They had one potential reward in their grasp and were down three of their number. Retreat was called for. They fly away form the party, mostly upwards, but getting some lateral distance as well
[19:18] <TenMihara> Daisy sees that Proverb is conscious again and throws her hooves around the mare, weeping.
[19:19] * Purple_Kay squints at the retreating Pegasi, judging the distance and following their retreat.
[19:19] * Proverb coughs, hugging Daisy back with her one leg, looking up as she sees the Enclave getting away. "I'm here Daisy... but we're not done yet. They still have Missile."
[19:19] * Green_Field gets Daisy off of her. "Easy. She needs to breath.
[19:19] <Green_Field> "*
[19:20] * Green_Field looks up. "Yeah, I don't know how much longer I can bring him back..."
[19:21] <Proverb> "Can you heal him if he hits the ground?"
[19:22] <TenMihara> Daisy weeps openly and fidgets nervously, not really able to do anything.
[19:22] <Green_Field> "Not if too much time passes."
[19:25] * Purple_Kay activates SATS in his monacle, the spell feeding him additional targetting data for the extreme range shot. He focuses in on the Plasma armed pegasus, cues up his shots, and looses a barrage, his guns belching fire.
[19:29] <TenMihara> Purple_Kay's flak barrage is enough to cripple the wings of the plasma pegasus, sending her tumbling towards the ground
[19:29] <TenMihara> The pegasus carrying Missile is still way out in front, with the Gattling laser gunner still following. The sniper from before is nowhere to be seen, and is either hiding or fled
[19:30] * Proverb looks over at Green_Field. "Are you sure you can heal him if he falls from that high?"
[19:32] * Purple_Kay looks back to Proverb. "Wishy... you aren't in any condition to be chasing anypony."
[19:32] <Green_Field> "As long as his body is intact enough, I can save him. With a fall that high, he might not be."
[19:33] * Purple_Kay frowns and starts moving toward the pegasi he blasted from the sky.
[19:33] * Proverb grunts. "Can someone other than me catch him?" She looks to Purple_Kay, Green_Field, Daisy, and Razor as she fumbles with her SVD, getting it situated on the rock so she could take a shot still with only one leg.
[19:38] * Razor glances toward the others, and readies herself. "Take the shot! I'll try to catch him. I've got my magic."
[19:40] <Proverb> "Get ready then Razor." She settles into the scope, leaning against the rock for support as she tracks the pegasi's ascent. She pulls a lead, aiming for the pegasus that was carrying Missile's wing, and empties the rest of her magazine, 4 rounds, at them.
[19:42] <TenMihara> Proverb rips that wing clean off, sending the Enclave mare tumbling. Missile_Rush falls off her back
[19:44] <Proverb> "Get him Razor!"
[19:45] * Razor bolts toward the pegasus, and Missile, as soon as she hears the shots. She puts herself to the limit to clear the distance, ready to catch Missile in her telekinesis once he's within range!
[19:46] <TenMihara> The Gattling Pegasus catches her now one-winged companion, but before Missile_Rush falls too far, the sniper from before snatches him out of freefall. The grey pegasus had been hiding amongst the cloud cover. He banks up rapidly and punches back up through the clouds.
[19:46] <Proverb> "NO!"
[19:50] <TenMihara> And just like that, the remaining pegasi are gone. More than half their number had fallen to the party's weapons.
[19:51] * Proverb stares up at the clouds, letting her SVD hang. Steam rose off the barrel from the rain falling, and she lets it drop onto the ground. "The got him..."
[19:51] * Razor shouts up to them, as she slows to a stop, "GET BACK HERE! YOU FUCKING COWARDS!"
[19:51] <Proverb> They*
[19:53] * Purple_Kay looks toward the sky, hoping beyond hope that perhaps monacle can pick up something through the cloud cover.
[19:53] * Proverb lofts into a low hover over the rock, holding her pistol in her one foreleg still, just watching the sky.
[19:53] <TenMihara> The pegasi are well out of his EFS range
[19:55] * Proverb looks down after a moment, looking over at Purple_Kay. "Hey, Kay? Can you get all of their dogtags for me please? There's something I need to do."
[19:56] * Purple_Kay looks back to Proverb, taken out of his thoughts. "Sure, Wishy. I'll... bring them over." He starts about heading toward the farther bodies to get the tags for her.
[19:57] * Proverb nods to Purple_Kay, landing, and stumbling, putting her wings around the weeping Daisy and nuzzling her.
[19:58] * Razor keeps shouting obscenities at the sky. She stomps her hooves in frustration.
[19:58] <TenMihara> The plasma pegasus hits the ground with a meaty thump
[20:01] * Purple_Kay 's mind already is moving toward how to replace what his friends have lost. Proverb's leg is easy... The others... not so much... He starts to move corpses together to be scavenged.
[20:02] * Proverb keeps hugging Daisy until Purple_Kay comes back with the tags.
[20:03] <TenMihara> Fire Wind and the Grenadier's weapons and armour are totalled, but the spotter's corpse would still be up on the cloud where he was killed, and the plasma pegasus had a rough landing, but her suit was intact.
[20:07] * Purple_Kay hooves Proverb the tags of Fire Wind and the grenedier he killed nearby. He heads off toward Razor, where the other bodies are.
[20:08] * Razor keeps shouting. She's more than a little wound up, from the drugs in her system. Hell, she's more than a /lot/ wound up.
[20:09] * Purple_Kay can tell she needs... a moment... he collects the corpses from around her, draping them over his back. Only the spotter hasn't been gathered up yet... he's a little high up there...
[20:10] * Proverb nods to Purple_Kay. "I can uhh, push the spotter down for you PK." She says, holding all of the tags in her hoof.
[20:11] * Razor needs more than a few moments. More like a few hours.
[20:11] * Purple_Kay "Can you fly over alright, or should I take you closer, Wishy?" His face shows concern.
[20:11] * Green_Field stays right next to Proverb. "We should get out of here. Back to the Collegiate. We can have them look at her."
[20:13] * Proverb nods to Purple_Kay. "I'll be alright, really." She says, smiling at Green_Field as she hovers up into the air. "I'll just be a second okay?"
[20:14] * Razor gives a low growl. "What is everypony waiting around for!? We have to go after them!"
[20:15] * Green_Field watches her rise. "What the hell are you doing? Get down here!"
[20:17] * Purple_Kay looks to Razor sadly. "If we could..." He shakes his head and looks skyward...
[20:19] <Proverb> "I'll be fine Green!" She calls down to Green_Field, gently rising on an updraft towards the cloud the spotter's body was on. Once there she pulls the tags off of him, and then kicks the clouds out from under his body, letting him fall to the ground for Purple_Kay to collect. She then waves at them, before continuing upwards, cautiously poking her head through the cloud layer,
[20:19] <Proverb> pistol raised as she looks around, enjoying the sun for a moment as she sets the dogtags down on the cloud, writing a note that says: 'You tried, you failed, now don't fucking try again. You've killed enough of my friends already. And give my regards to the High General, tell him I'm coming. -Sincerely Auburn Lillywind Proverb, former Chief Master Sergeant.'
[20:20] <TenMihara> Proverb sees nothing as she leaves her note
[20:20] * Purple_Kay blinks in surprise as Proverb breaks the cloudcover. 'Wishy! Are you crazy!!!" He cranks up the PA. "GET YOUR ASS DOWN HERE!"
[20:21] * Proverb drops back through the clouds a moment later, gliding downwards in a gentle spiraling arc.
[20:22] * Purple_Kay stares up at Proverb sternly. He huffs and turns the PA down. "Didn't happen to see them, did you? Maybe you could call my fire?" He looks to Razor and back.
[20:23] * Green_Field waits for Proverb to get down before hitting her lightly in the head. "You were -dead- you fucking idiot! No more flying until you get checked out!"
[20:24] * Proverb squeaks at Green_Field, looking over at Purple_Kay. "No... and uh.. sorry." She wheezes out to Green_Field, panting rather hard for such a gentle flight. "I feel... really lightheaded." She sways a bit.
[20:24] <TenMihara> Proverb feels fatigue setting in rather quickly
[20:24] * Proverb drops to her side, groaning.
[20:25] * Purple_Kay offers a steady... isn't fast enough to offer Proverb a steadying hoof.
[20:25] * Green_Field catches her easily. "No shit." He lifts her up and gently settles her on his back. Let's get out of here."
[20:27] * Proverb groans on top of Green_Field's back, her vision swimming. "Wh-where's Harmony?"
[20:29] * Purple_Kay goes about stripping the gear off the dead pegasi, looking back at Razor often. The pragmatic option... but waste not in the wastes. Once stripped he takes up position nearby.
[20:30] <TenMihara> Harmony stayed back at Megamart, feeling ill that day
[20:31] <Green_Field> "She's safe at Megamart." He looks at the others. "Daisy and I are going to take Proverb to the Collegiate, does anypony want to join us?"
[20:33] * Purple_Kay shakes his head. "I'll stay here with Razor in case they try and come back for their dead..."
[20:33] * Proverb nods weakly to Green_Field. "Th-they won't PK... they never do." She mutters to Purple_Kay.
[20:35] * Green_Field nods. "We'll meet you at Megamart when she's been looked over." He pulls Daisy close. "Get ready." In a flash, they're outside the Collegiate's doors.
[20:35] * Razor isn't planning on going /anywhere/ right now. Except maybe up. Once they know how. But the details on /how/ don't matter, because they /have/ to do it! There's no other choice.
[20:37] * Purple_Kay sits down beside her and looks up, scanning the sky. He can tell the drugs are still coursing through her and he isn't about to try to comfort her... not yet. She needs her anger now. He sits in silence, just being htere.
[20:37] <TenMihara> Daisy's face is red and wet from bawling. She looks up when she sees the COllegiate door, and sniffles
[20:37] * Proverb reaches a wing over to stroke Daisy's mane. "I'm still hear Daisy."
[20:39] * Green_Field puts a hoof on Daisy's shoulder and smiles at her. "She's alive, Daisy, and nothing's going to change that. This is about bringing her strength back and looking at our options concerning her leg. We'll get her fixed up."
[20:40] <TenMihara> Daisy sniffles and nods, letting Proverb lean on her as they head inside
[20:40] <Green_Field> Proverb is still on Green's back.

[20:43] <TenMihara> Triage is on the second floor in her medical bay, as usual. She's reading a magazing as they enter.
[20:44] * Razor starts muttering quietly, "I'll kill them all... they shouldn't have done that. They need to hurt. Bleed. Suffer! All of them. Every last one. All of them."

[20:45] * Purple_Kay raises a hoof to her withers. "We'll get them." It's a weak promise, but easy to make.
[20:46] * Razor mutters in response, "We will. All of them. We'll get all of them. Every last one."
[20:46] * Green_Field heads on in and gently lays Proverb on a table. "We need her looked at."
[20:48] * Proverb groans weekly, her breath short.
[20:48] <TenMihara> Triage looks up from her magazine, thenk blinks in surprise, "Holy shit! What happened?!" She quickly trots over to the gurney
[20:48] <Proverb> "I died, but then I got better." She tries to joke weakly.
[20:48] <TenMihara> Triage looks to Green for a better exaplanation
[20:49] * Purple_Kay continues to reassure her. "Every. Last. One. That squad's as good as dead."
[20:49] <Green_Field> "MEWs. Lots of them. She got hit and died, but I know a spell and brought her back."
[20:49] <TenMihara> Triage, "What's the damage?"
[20:49] <TenMihara> *Triage frowns
[20:51] <TenMihara> Triage notes, "Aside from the leg."
[20:52] * Green_Field looks down at her chest. "She lost a leg as noted... and a lung."
[20:53] * Proverb coughs, wheezing.
[20:53] <TenMihara> Triage grimaces, then takes off Proverb's armour, gear, and weapons. She leans in to inspect the barely cauterized hole in her chest
[20:54] <Green_Field> The hole has been healed up a fair bit from his magic. "I had to heal her up since we were still being shot at."
[20:54] * Purple_Kay hoofs out a cigarette... it's definitely a time for a smoke. He lights it and takes a drag.
[20:54] * Proverb lies still for Triage, her lung was pretty much gone, her ribs were probably badly damaged as well.
[20:57] <TenMihara> Triage whistles, "It's a marvel you're not still dead... or, dead again? Whatever. The ribcage can probably be fixed with magic, the lung could be replaced if you had something to transplant, and the leg... well, how long has it been gone?"
[20:59] * Purple_Kay takes a pull on his cigarette, the cover opening on the front of his armor to let out the spindly mechanical arm. It rises and takes the coffin nail from his lips and moves over toward Razor at a mental command. "Don't know if you smoke... but..."
[21:00] * Green_Field pauses to think. "Too long for anything quick."
[21:01] <TenMihara> Triage frowns, "Yeah, typically hydra needs to be applied immediately after severance, but with the time delay and the fact that you've already healed her..."
[21:03] * Green_Field nods. "I did what I had to. I have a way to bring them both back, but it could take weeks."
[21:04] <Proverb> "Don't need a new leg... lung's fine." She murmurs to Green_Field.
[21:04] <TenMihara> Triage nods, "Well, I have some crude prostheses, and you'd need a compatible donor for a transplant."
[21:04] <TenMihara> Daisy pouts at Proverb, "Let them help you."
[21:06] * Purple_Kay offers Razor a drag, he's always found it soothing... It's about all he can do.
[21:06] <Green_Field> "Who's going to donate a leg or a lung? Unless I bring one of the corpese here. You'd have to figure out if any match."
[21:07] <Proverb> "PK could make me a leg." She murmurs.
[21:07] <TenMihara> Triage nods, "Could do that, so long as they're fresh and not too mangled. Can't exactly attach a donated limb though."
[21:08] <Green_Field> "What's the difference?"
[21:09] <TenMihara> Triage tilts her head, "Between what?"
[21:09] <Green_Field> "Attaching a donated leg or a stolen leg."
[21:10] <TenMihara> Triage raises an eyebrow, "Whether it's stolen or donated doesn't change if it's compatible or not."
[21:13] <Green_Field> "That's Exactly-." He shakes off how she just pointed out the flaw in her previous statment. "Regardless, I need to move quickly. I can get some bodies and bring them here. Then we can see if they're compatible."
[21:13] * Razor eyes Purple_Kay for a few moments. She's a little twitchy. She accepts it though. She's never smoked before, but she's not exactly in the best sort of mindset for rational thought.
[21:15] <TenMihara> Triage nods, "Sounds good. Got nothing else pressing to do at the moment." She looks to Proverb, "You can stay here and let me run a few other tests."
[21:16] * Purple_Kay lets his hoof slide from her back around her shoulder. She's too far gone to know she needs comfort... and probably can't process it... but its what he can do for now.
[21:16] * Proverb nods to Triage. "Okay..."
[21:17] * Razor pretty much just knows anger right now... and the twitchy desire for action. She's angry, and she wants to /do/ something about it. She starts digging at the ground with her hoof, staring at the sky.
[21:17] * Green_Field turns to Daisy. "Stay here and help her however you can. I'll be right back." In a flash, he's back at the battle site to collect the bodies.
[21:17] <TenMihara> Daisy salutes, then gives Proverb a comforting nuzzle
[21:18] * Proverb nuzzles Daisy back, smiling at her.
[21:18] <TenMihara> Daisy isn't smiling. She looks like she's about to cry again.
[21:19] * Proverb nuzzles Daisy more. "I'll be fine Daisy." She says softly.
[21:19] <TenMihara> Daisy shakes her head, "You're really hurt, Missile's gone..." She slumps to the floor, "and I couldn't do anything."
[21:22] <TenMihara> the bodies are easy for Green_Field to collect, since Purple_Kay already stripped off what he could.
[21:22] * Purple_Kay brings the cigarette back to his mouth after Razor takes a drag. He wonders idly to himself under his breath, "Shame G hasn't found a cloudwalk spell..."
[21:22] * Proverb droops her ears, stroking Daisy's cheek with a wing. "Hey, hey, don't say that, don't say that."
[21:24] <TenMihara> Daisy hangs her head, "But it's true. Shooting wildly didn't help anyone, my medical skills wouldn't have been enough without Green there, and I... I just feel so useless."
[21:25] * Razor gives a grown, glancing back at Purple_Kay. "Cloudwalk? Like walk on clouds? Like get us up there? Like kill the fucking Turkeys!?"
[21:26] * Purple_Kay looks to Razor. "Well... he was looking for that kinda spell. If he knew it... we could teleport up there and look around... maybe catch them if they stopped to collect themselves, regroup." He scratches his chin. "Proverb said she didn't see them poking up, but that don't mean they went far away... doesn't mean they didn't either."
[21:27] * Proverb nuzzles Daisy again. "Do you want me to help you learn how to shoot better?"
[21:28] <TenMihara> Daisy frowns, "Why? So I can do to some other ponies what they did to you and Missile?" She grumbles and begins to cry. "I hate this!"
[21:29] * Proverb droops her ears. "No, no, so you can protect your friends... come here." She wraps her wing around Daisy, hugging her as best she could.
[21:31] <TenMihara> Daisy just cries into Proverb's feathers. Triage gets to work prodding and probing her, getting an IV of extra strength restoration potion into her
[21:31] * Logic_Gates steps out of the shadows, sharply closing a book closed with a sharp "thunk", coming back from out of the shadows. "Who said I didn't?"
[21:32] * Proverb shushes Daisy gently, holding her with her wing.
[21:32] * Purple_Kay turns to look to Logic_Gates. "You learned it?"
[21:33] * Green_Field gathers them and ports back into Triages office with all of them in a pile. He pant once he's there. "I hope I don't need anything else because I'm going to have to rest before I do that again."
[21:34] <TenMihara> Proverb can feel her insides mostly start to return to normlacy as the potion runs its course gradually through her veins
[21:35] <TenMihara> Triage nods, then takes a sample of Proverb's blood, followed by one from the corpses that are intact enough to potentially yield a lung. Fire Wind, the Plasma Gunner, and the Spotter.

[21:36] * Purple_Kay drops his foreleg from around Razor and steps over to Logic_Gates. "You could cast it and get us up there, G?"
[21:37] * Logic_Gates raises a small textbook before contemplating it briefly. "You know, I didn't think it would be difficult trying to figure it out. I didn't expect that, in reality, it was just going to be a modification to telekinesis." There was something colder about his presence. As if there were some refined fire in his eyes. It didn't look like anger. It looked like something deeper than that, or at least restrained to the point of a whi

It was almost paradoxical, how something could feel that cold being around it while in reality it was radiating heat. It took him a while to answer that. "I can do the former. The latter will be more difficult."
[21:41] * Purple_Kay nods. "Do it." He looks to Razor. "We might not find them... but we can give it a try. You have to stay close, though, Logic is the only way down that won't kill us."
[21:41] * Green_Field let's Triage work and stays around in case he's needed. He finally moves to Daisy and pulls her into a tight hug. "We'll fix her. Promise."
[21:41] <TenMihara> Daisy continues to look dejected
[21:42] <TenMihara> Triage lets the tests run as she looks to Green and Daisy and Proverb, "You should all get some rest. I'll put these cadavers on ice so that anything we might be able to get from them will stay... relatively fresh."
[21:45] * Razor nods. Over and over. "We have to find them... and make them pay. Get him back."
[21:48] * Green_Field nods. "Yeah, we should. Are you going to keep her here?"
[21:48] <TenMihara> Triage nods, "Preferably."
[21:51] <Green_Field> "Alright. We'll head to our room then. Let me know if you need any help with anything." He turns to Daisy. "Let's get to bed. We need to let her rest."
[21:51] <TenMihara> Daisy gives Proverb a nuzzle, then follows Green_Field out.
[21:51] * Proverb nuzzles Daisy back, and then rests.
[21:52] * Green_Field pats Proverb on his way out. "We'll fix you up and have you back in sniping shape in no time."
[21:54] <TenMihara> As they leave the room, Daisy leans heavily on Green_Field, "I hate feeling so useless. Now I've lost another friend too."
[21:56] * Logic_Gates smacks his lips. "Sir, Razor, have you ever heard of a worm?"
[21:58] * Razor gives an annoyed snort. "Who cares about little fucking worms at a time like this!?"
[21:58] * Green_Field puts a leg around Daisy. "I know the feeling. It's why I got so good at medicine. I never wanted to lose another... Even so, sometimes things just go bad."
[21:59] <TenMihara> Daisy pouts and shakes her head. "I don't want to lose anyone else. Ever."
[22:04] * Green_Field stops and faces Daisy, putting his hooves on her shoulders. "Daisy, stop. I understand how you feel. I do. But, you can't blame yourself. If you do, you'll only lose yourself and then you'll lose the next. What would have happend if I had gotten so fixated on Missle? I would have lost Proverb."
[22:04] <TenMihara> Daisy wimpers a little, but nods.
[22:08] <TenMihara> Daisy gives a sigh, "The wasteland always takes and takes and takes so much... I wish we could take something back."
[22:08] * Green_Field offers her a smile. "You just need to learn more, practice more, understand more. All you can do is get better so you can save the next. I couldn't do that spell the first time we lost Kay, but I practiced and this time I saved Proverb with it."
[22:09] <TenMihara> Daisy nods, "Yeah... that's one way, but she still got hurt so bad..."
[22:09] <Green_Field> "Daisy, we -did- take something back. The wastes were going to take her from us and I stole her back."
[22:10] * Purple_Kay doesn't get what Logic_Gates is on about with worms. "Longer we wait, the farther they get. If we are going to peek up there, now's the time."
[22:10] * Logic_Gates inhales sharply and then growls but for a moment. "Do you have a plan, Purple?"
[22:10] * Razor interrupts with, "Yes. Kill them. All of them. Take him back."
[22:13] * Purple_Kay looks between the both. "Not much of one. But if they stopped to lick their wounds, patch up the one's wing, they might still be close. If we can pop up there and look quickly, maybe we find them, maybe we don't. If we don't we come back and make a better plan."
[22:13] * Logic_Gates "Every single Enclave member?"
[22:14] <Green_Field> "That's what medicine is. We keep the wastes from winning. -We're- the ones who truely get revenge on the wastes."
[22:15] <TenMihara> Daisy shakes her head, "I don't want revenge. I want... I don't know."
[22:16] * Green_Field hugs Daisy. "Well, maybe you'll know when you've had time to sleep on it. Let's head to bed."
[22:17] <TenMihara> Daisy nods and leans against him, sighing. "I wish my mom was here."
