  2. Fine choice Store is a very active supermarket, selling products which are produced all across the world. The store sells a range of products which need to be available for all customers. Unfortunately, due to a lack of stock management, products can be difficult to find. This is because the staff cannot keep track of how much products are available in the stock room. Moreover, this has caused the store to receive a lot of complaints, which has brought the stores popularity and gross profit margin down.
  3. Due to negative feedback, Fine choice are now thinking of improving by placing a computerised system which could manage the stock and monitor customer progress. The managers of the store have discussed and have thought of inserting a computerized system which would allow users to sort products into categories. The orders placed by customers need to be managed carefully to track stock availability.
