Level 1: Two full clips of HDA for all your weapons
Level 2: HDA damage is now +50%
Level 3: HDA slows enemy movement speed by 15% for 3 seconds (non stackable)
Level 4: All loot drops now give 10% of a clip of HDA for current gun.
Level 5: All HDA drops now give +75% of a clip instead of +50% (min 7)
MAX BONUS: All damage done by HDA refunds 0.5% health
