It's currently possible to do in 120 shines. The reason its not possible in Any% is because the blender will eat your coconut unless you have already gotten the blue coin. The thing I'm currently trying to do is get the coconut do a dead stop right before it reaches the blender, enabling you to do the setupless trick in Any%. Once the coconut begins to fall down the roof you dive onto the roof near where you normally clip and you can hover to the shine.
