  52. “That dolphins have been spotted” - This is clearly a noun clause, because “that” is singular, and can’t go with “dolphins”.
  53. “That fish can be seen” - This is not clearly a noun clause, because it could also be pointing to some fish (plural) which can be seen.
  54. That fish can be seen is interesting. = It’s interesting that you can see fish.
  55. That fish can be seen in the photo. = You can see that particular fish in the photo.
  56. - If it could be confusing, you should start the sentence with “the fact that” instead of just “that”.
