  14. People who are quick to point out my mistakes (or where they have misunderstood my intentions when I have worded things poorly) never themselves make mistakes - right? _Everyone else is perfect but Lesta!_

  17. How *terrible it is* that Lesta is on the front lines willing to test out ideas against those who often hate and vehemently disagree with me *so as to learn from the experience and correct errors when are identified*.

How *lovely it is* that *haters* of Lesta remain free to learn from their mistakes (though often they just delete them and pretend they never happened) while Lesta is to be punished for each and every one - _throughout eternity_ - as though I am somehow still making them today *when I am not*.

  23. Largely that's because I don't remove my mistakes - all but one or two have remained public for everyone to see (and hunt down as the haters love to do) - *so that lessons can be learned and wise people need not repeat them*.

  26. Often I document my mistakes and describe workarounds in my Google Plus. If people (especially haters) only know of me via YouTube comments then they are getting only a very lopsided picture of what Lesta is all about.

  35. People who point this out *never mention* that I have *always apologised* to those who *genuinely did not deserve an acerbic response from me*.

  38. Anyone who feels I have been overly insensitive to their feelings with my words *can always let me know about it and I'll apologise if my words were indeed inappropriate*.

  41. Of course *I cannot apologise to those who have blocked me*! Those who claim I was abusive toward "X" when "X" then blocked me - *thus removing my ability to apologise* - are being disingenuous.

What these overly sensitive *cry babies* are careful to overlook is that I am on the receiving end of a lot of hate and a lot of misrepresentation. *I don't think anyone would claim that Lesta is universally liked*! And so when someone comes at me in a way that's *combative* or *confrontational* they can expect the gloves to be taken off sooner than later and given the full Lesta treatment.

  47. On that note - *each person gets the Lesta that he or she deserves*. And that is why - where I have been genuinely too harsh with someone - I have no problem apologising. _But I can only do that if the other person has not blocked me and is big enough of a person to accept an apology and move on_.

I have apologised to people in the past and when it is appropriate I will continue to do so in the future. *If you are one of those people who feels "victimised" by Lesta then don't stay quiet*. Tell me about it (publically or privately). Tell me when and where it happened and if I genuinely wronged you then I will not hesitate to apologise.
