Tiamat Choices

Scenario 1: Tiamat seems to be herding up ill-tempered monsters called Yan, which are native to the island that she's established her lair on. Practically dragging them by their legs, they make quite a commotion as their powerful lungs snort out winds that down trees and meteors rain from the sky. When she gets back to her lair, though, she just tosses them into a pen and after a minute they seem to become much more docile. She seems to be setting up some kind of training area in addition, with training dummies that look suspiciously like Theta, Ammy, Lenore, and Nat.

Scenario 2: The next time you look in on her, she's donned her full Alexandrian armor and managed to get together a few extra soldier outfits - it seems she has a few female Goblins in her employ, to who she's applied extensive makeup, wigs to hide their massive ears under, and other such things. This time, she appears to be orchestrating some sort of 'inspection' of Lesetira in which she's proclaiming under the authority of Queen Garnet til Alexandros XVII that she is conducting an investigation regarding the suspicion that Lesetira is harboring spies, rebels and traitors to the crown. The local guards balk a little but they answer to Burmecia's council, half the world away, and don't want to risk angering Alexandria, so it seems she's permitted to do this while some paperwork is sent out to Burmecia to confirm all of this. The locals don't seem to be pleased at. all. In a rather diabolical move, Tiamat intercepts and captures the Moogle before it gets out of the city.

Scenario 3: In disguise, she seems to be attempting to worm her way into the Madain Sari underworld as a drug trafficker known as Madam Bliss. You've actually heard of her by now through more mundane means - it seems this isn't exactly new. A lot of her few years of success seems to come from an extremely addictive substance called Grand Dragon that produces feelings of euphoria and power in the subject, as well as giving them powerful talent with Lightning. Apparently she was mostly indifferent to Jasper Jules but never really caused any major problems. Now, it seems, she's stepping up her plan and pushing her drugs with more aggression, keeping Peacekeepers bribed, wither with coin or chemical, and attempting to consolidate power in the shady bits of the city.
