At the start of next turn, you begin with that number of hits. This does not protect you from wound damage that exceeds your locked hits.

Take one weapon tag free, then assign 3 points. 1 Point: Add a basic tag (single, great, dual, ranged, catalyst), Add an elementalist effect (fire, lightning, ice), Add Possessed (intelligent spirit only you can communicate with possesses your weapon) 2 Points: Add Favored Enemy (Autocrits on select enemy type), Add Double Strike (As Magic Bolt, one attack granting an additional hit of damage)

  41. Brass Gauntlet is a 21 year old Earth Pony. He has a silver coat with black, unkempt mane. His eyes are brass, like his namesake. Brass Gauntlet is a weapons-smith that fights with vengeance. As a teen, he was apprenticed under a blacksmith named Iron Ingot. He was like a father to Brass. During one of his work days, his village was attacked by the undead, killing many civilians, including Iron. Out of rage, Brass locked himself in the smith and slaved away at the fires, creating a weapon he swore he would use to avenge Iron Ingot's death. After a week, some villagers broke open the door, not hearing from him from days. Brass Gauntlet was slumped over Ash Maker, his finished creation. The great forging of the weapon and Brass' willpower imbued Iron's personality into the hammer and allowing him to communicate with it, although he seems to be the only one to be able to hear it. After being nursed back to health, Brass learned his cutie mark had appeared, taking the form of that very same war-hammer. He eventually left his village, saying to his parents he would help cleanse the world of the evil that took his mentor.
