  2. le rom stock sono rom ufficiali sviluppate dalla samsung , vengono sviluppate per 3 diverse parti del globo : Europa, Asia e medio oriente. Tutte le rom stock per questo dispositivo sono basate su 2.3.6 (Gingerbred) e Samsung ha dichiarato che non verrà rilasciata nessuna rom Android 4.0.x o seguenti. L'ultima rom rilasciata è il il "valute pack" basato su Andoid 2.3.6 con delle features di ICS
