possibly one of the fastest tl's i've done all week despite the fact that i misheard a good deal of the verses gg (I LOVE YOU YUUKI AIRA)
For the most part, the english in the chorus is kind of a ? commercial break? because the actual Japanese connects very nicely into a sentence. Or at least that's how I tackled it!
I can only assume that "saying Good Night" means 2 kill or smth, because this is a revenge/detective drama that Yamato's starring in
BOY I LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE OF THIS SONG!!!!! IT'S SO BLEAK AND DARK, さすがだね
その心が　貫けるように - tl'd it the way it is because が and because 貫く can also mean to carry out/persist! SHOOT IT RIGHT THRU HIS HEART was my second guess but 'to piece a heart' would be 心を貫く or smth.
あとどれくらい - Vague....... How much longer will this last? Just how much more? For how much ______ will this ___? etc. you get the point.
that's about it in terms of translation! Part dividing this was infinitely harder wwwww
1+5+7 = none of these 3 singers have Strong Vibrato (TM) like KENN. On "soitsu wa mou Good Night" I can hear damassu+onoken loud and clear, and abeshi if I focus real hard. tbh it ended up being a lot of process of elimination. See below!
3+4+6 = this one was the easy one because 1. KENN and his Stand-Out Voice 2. wingu kinda floats nicely above both of them. Does blend into KENN at times if KENN's vibrato isn't kicking in 3. Egu really shines in lower numbers. He has such a nice, rich, powerful lower tone that you can V Much So Hear next to higher voices (he's why pythag sounds so balanced!!)
Yamato has a bunch of solo lines so I thought it was cute that the two groups of three traded off for chorus parts!
I'm p confident on this division .... I have listened to select 5 second portions of this song way too many times at varying speeds and volumes through multiple earbuds/headphones, i don't waNT 2 HEAR THOSE LINES ANYMOR e \o/ For sure it is not all 7 members singing during the bracketed parts though, (where is shirai? is the easy pointer he's one of the easiest voices to pick out)
