So, I want to address a few things. I'm not saying this with a hot-headed mentality in the slightest, so please don't take it that way. I'm not trying to step on toes, but this needs to be said.

1) The CEO Update That Never Was
Where was this? Were were promised it multiple times, yet it never happened. I've still got people coming to me trying to figure out what's going on. I know things are hectic, but this could have been easily delegated to someone who is online and actively working.


2) Move Ops?
I've been in an alliance that disbanded in far worse conditions than this. We still made sure everyone got out - there was no "every corp/pilot for themselves" mentality. Even the corps that had new alliances to go to already worked together - we've worked together this long (nearly 6 years!), why is this a problem? Again, delegate someone with the authority.


3) "Your supers/titans are on their own if they haven't left already"
Completely unacceptable. This was actually told to someone, by leadership, after asking for help. Some people are only finding out NOW about FA's demise - the work week just ended for quite a lot of folks who haven't been online (and, obviously, completely out of the loop). Pilots are having to sneak around in supers - it's only a matter of time before #REKKINGCREW gets some killmails.


4) Removal of comms broadcasts

In our darkest moment, we lose the main tool for FCs and leadership to ping for fleets to save someone or some other emergency information? Seriously, what the heck was that person thinking?! Not only are we left leaderless, but now we can't ask for help if/when we need it most. How can that be justified? What reason could someone have for removing that ability, other than to cause harm? Our members have been left to the rabid hyenas that are Fountain Core and Brack Region.


I'm completely flabbergasted at all of this. I really feel like we've left our folks out to dry, and they don't deserve that from us as leadership. I know this is just a game, but a lot of people put their time, money, heart, and soul into it. I expected more. We didn't even burn out hot, we just sort of fizzled out, like a match in the rain...
