IC Project M 3.6 Ruleset

4 Stocks, 8 minutes, best of 5 games.
Items are disabled.
Input buffer is disabled.
Pause option set to off.
You may not choose the most recent stage you have won on during the set, unless agreed upon by both players.
Time out is determined by stocks, then %.
If the game ends due to a suicide KO and goes to sudden death, whoever initiated the suicide KO wins the game.
No excessive ledge-stalling.
Giga Bowser is banned.
Gentleman's Clause: Players may play on any stage if they both agree to it.

Before the game, players play rock paper scissors. Winner chooses if they want to strike first or second. Striking is done 1-2-1.

Then, the winner may choose to change character.
