- <DM> *LAST TIME ON ZURPG!
- <DM> *The battle started with a vicious Ringing Blast, only to get deflected back at Bloodwind. On top of that, Pure Madness narrowly landed, putting his Interloper temporarily out of commission. Koume & Kotake tried following up with attacks, but Bloodwind remained unphased. He returned fire with a single Super Spin Attack, nearly wiping out you and the witches. You decided to retaliate by aiming at Bloodwind's Twilight Fairy, but he dodged
- <DM> the attack with Displace, thus temporarily leaving them alone.
- <DM> *With Bloodwind away, you decided to commit to the Summoning Ritual. Several cinematics later, Ganondorf was freed from the Sacred Realm, albeit it seemed he aged a whole lot, despite it only having been 4 years in the Light Realm. Koume & Kotake tried to reunite with their son, but they were quickly downed by the might of the Triforce of Power, as Ganondorf required them to address him as King.
- <DM> *You explained some exposition to Ganondorf, and now he's keen on destroying Bloodwind, especially know there's an Interloper left to be killed. You ran the Summoning Ritual again in order to summon Bloodwind, though courtesies of a side joke you've been running this whole quest, you... sigh, you strung some logic together, and you literally blew Koume & Kotake's mind right as the ritual finished. Their guts now decorate the floor, and
- <DM> you've quickly and kindly looted both their bodies and their souls.
- <DM> *Readying up on the Loading Screen, you now await the final battle, between you, Ganondorf, and Bloodwind.
- <DM> -=SESSION START=-
- * Corsava takes a deep breath, her eyes opened from absorbing the souls of Koume and Kotake
- <DM> *The darkness of the Loading Screen fades, revealing a three-way Mexican standoff between you, Ganondorf, and Bloodwind, readying yourselves on the bloodsoaked grounds of the Spirit Temple. Around you, the Gerudo Spirits are keeping their distance, not out of fear of getting hit, but of respect for their Gerudo comrades.
- <DM> [Bloodwind]: What the- how the heck did I re-emerge here?
- <DM> *He looks down and around him, seeing the bloodied spell circle from the Summoning Ritual.
- <Corsava> "That's the second most important question you should be asking yourself."
- <DM> [Bloodwind]: I see...
- <DM> *He looks up... and up, there's probably a full 3.5 foot difference here as he peers up at Ganondorf's stonefaced face.
- <DM> *The great King smirks as he looks down upon Bloodwind.
- * Corsava quietly uses my efficient mirage
- <DM> *You are quietly noticed but otherwise ignored.
- <DM> [Ganondorf]: So you're the one who believes he can slay the Goddesses?
- <DM> [Ganondorf]: You don't even have a piece of the Triforce, boy. You've got guts to be facing me.
- <DM> [Sithe]: *snort* He called you boy.
- <DM> [Bloodwind]: Why do you think I had you summoned?
- * Corsava snarls at Sithe "Well, if it isn't the little rat on your shoulder?"
- <DM> [Sithe]: Grr! Bloodwind, can we kill the betrayer first?
- <DM> [Bloodwind]: What, the Gerudo runt? I guess if she gets in the way...
- <DM> *Ganondorf enjoys a hearty laugh in the face (or lack there-of) of Bloodwind. He raises his right hand in power, flaunting the glowing Triforce of Power.
- * Corsava draws my broken bow blades and takes a guard position with them.
- <DM> [Ganondorf]: Boy, you entertain me. But someone like you can never wield this. You do not understand what it takes to wield the Triforce, let alone a piece of it.
- <DM> [Ganondorf]: Fine, if you believe you can take it from me...
- <DM> *The Great King starts to float off the ground. He draws his King's Claymore, readying a fighting sword.
- * Corsava activates Afflicting Attack, since we're still in setup
- <DM> *Bloodwind responds by materializing his own Sword and Shield, and I'm not talking about the Pokemon.
- <DM> [Ganondorf]: Come and try!
- <DM> *Alright, nice two actions you snuck in there!
- <DM> *Roll initiatives!
- <DM> $init 1d10 Bloodwind
- <Navi> DM: Bloodwind's initiative roll has been entered. They rolled: 5.
- <DM> $init 1d10 Ganondorf
- <Navi> DM: Ganondorf's initiative roll has been entered. They rolled: 7.

- <Corsava> $init 1d10
- <Navi> Corsava: Your initiative roll has been entered. You rolled: 10.
- <DM> oh
- <DM> OH MY
- <DM> $init s
- <Navi> Bonus Round: Corsava
- <Navi> Round 1: Corsava, Ganondorf and Bloodwind
- <DM> *Well, while these two have been taunting each other, Corsava, it seems you've decided to get a bit of a leg up.
- <Corsava> When I use a charge ability, do I have to pay all the cost up front, or can I split it over the course of the charge?
- <DM> The cost is upfront. The charge you can split over time.
- <Corsava> Alrighty.
- <Corsava> I Activate A Spirit of Fire and Ice
- <Corsava> It takes 3 actions
- <Corsava> But with a bonus turn...
- <DM> alrighty, are you pretty much expending your bonus turn + your first turn to charge and use it?
- <Corsava> It's 3 actions, so, yeah
- <Corsava> Oh, and for my armor
- <Corsava> I choose the Nature affinity and...can I have an affinity twice?
- <DM> uhh... yes, but it doesn't do anything special
- <Corsava> if so, I choose Spirit
- <Corsava> kk
- <DM> *Alright, right off the bat, Corsava, you use your newly acquired powers from Koume & Kotake to activate the Twinrova Transformation!
- * Corsava activates her Spirit of Fire and Ice
- <DM> *Your hair splits off into fire and ice strands, and you find yourself considerably lighter than before, as if the power itself can propel you.
- <DM> *Both Bloodwind and Ganondorf finally break eye contact with each other to look your way.
- <DM> [Bloodwind]: The heck did that come from?
- <Corsava> Corsava: 19hp 20mp | Twinrova Form
- <DM> (FYI, $endturn twice)
- <Corsava> "From the might of the Gerudo."

- <Navi> Round 1: Corsava, Ganondorf and Bloodwind
- <DM> [Ganondorf]: You're worth my respect afterall. Come, Corsava, let us remove this Interloper plight from our sacred halls!
- <DM> Bloodwind: 35h, 18m | Displace Ready
- <DM> Ganondorf: 50h, 40m
- <DM> *He grabs his Claymore then swings it with both hands, launching a deadly quake towards Bloodwind! It rips through the ground, sending bricks flying everywhere! Roll Power to defend!
- <Corsava> (Do I add defense dice?)
- <DM> (Well you're not the target of the attack)
- <Corsava> (Oh, I thought I was defending from the bricks XD)
- <DM> $80d10 Ganondorf
- <Navi> DM: You rolled 80 Dice with 10 Sides. Total: 430. Successes: 53.
- <DM> $24d10 Bloodwind
- <Navi> DM: You rolled 24 Dice with 10 Sides. Results: 10, 4, 8, 10, 8, 5, 8, 3, 2, 9, 6, 2, 10, 2, 7, 4, 1, 4, 2, 5, 4, 1, 7 and 9. Total: 131. Successes: 16.
- <DM> *Despite Bloodwind's efforts to uphold his Power, within a single strike, his body is obliterated by the quake! Though, that also means some feedback kicks in...
- <DM> 53 - 16 = 37 + 20 = 57 - 12 = 45 damage reflected back at Ganondorf!
- <DM> 45 - 10 = 35 damage
- <DM> *Bloodwind quickly revives with his normal fairy.
- <DM> [Bloodwind]: Hahah... ahahahahah... ahhh, what'd I expect.
- <DM> [Ganondorf]: You'd willingly let yourself get hit by such an attack?
- <DM> [Bloodwind]: It won't happen a second time.
- <DM> *Ganondorf uses his other action to cast Second Chance on himself, gaining... 5 RP.
- <Corsava> "Keep your cunning about you. He's clever. If he does something, assume he has a purpose behind it."
- <DM> Bloodwind: 3h, 18m | Displace Ready
- <DM> Ganondorf: 15h, 35m | 5 RP

- <Navi> Round 1: Corsava, Ganondorf and Bloodwind
- <DM> [Bloodwind]: Well then, looks like I'm going to need a bit of backup to deal with you.
- <DM> *Bloodwind casts Inner Reflection with his Fierce Deity Shield!
- <DM> oh wait, there's a cost on that
- * DM backtracks slightly
- <Orithan> (Too bad Sithe is the only remaining Interloper now that Dark Link is dead)
- <DM> *Bloodwind downs a Rejuvenation Potion first, THEN casts Inner Reflection!
- <DM> Inner Reflection:
- <DM> COSTS: Half of your Maximum Hearts & Magic
- <DM> DESCRIPTION: Create a reflection of your most inner self, the one that you suppress. That reflection fights alongside you.
- <DM> If your most inner self is truly you, it’ll be a fully fledged clone with all of your stats, abilities, and items, controlled by you.
- <DM> However, if it’s something else… then expect a bit of a surprise for what shows up.
- <Corsava> is it an illusion, or like, a fully tangible thing?
- <DM> *You see Bloodwind's shadow physically depart from his body, and split into an Interloper. The Interloper equips a massive Scythe, as a shroud of darkness encapsulates him.
- <DM> $init j Sithe
- <Navi> Sithe has entered the battle.

- <Navi> Round 1: Corsava, Ganondorf, Bloodwind and Sithe
- <DM> Bloodwind: 17h, 9m | Displace Ready
- <DM> Sithe: 30h, 30m | Shroud of Darkness
- <DM> [Sithe]: Which one of you called me a little rat earlier?
- <Corsava> "That was me, rat."
- <DM> *You look within the Shroud of Darkness, and it looks like a piece of the Twilight Realm itself following Sithe around.
- <DM> [Bloodwind]: Focus, Sithe.
- <DM> [Sithe]: I'll cover you, but you don't command me. I'm your reflection, remember?
- <Corsava> Does my spirit vision tell me anything of them now? (Madness level, metaphysical state etc.)
- <DM> [Ganondorf]: Interesting. The Interloper himself comes to die at my feet.
- <DM> *Within Bloodwind, his usual calm, chaotic demeanor seems to have shifted more towards madness, though he's doing what he can to suppress it. Sithe, on the other hand, seems to harbor the soul of an Interloper as if he was in the Twilight Realm. Which is odd, since they're supposed to be weak outside of the Twilight Realm.
- <DM> *Sithe starts off with a Stat Focus to Power, then dashes over to Corsava, slicing at her with his mega-scythe of doom! Roll Courage to defend!
- <DM> $45d10 Sithe
- <Navi> DM: You rolled 45 Dice with 10 Sides. Results: 5, 3, 7, 6, 5, 4, 1, 4, 8, 9, 3, 6, 4, 10, 8, 6, 9, 3, 7, 9, 5, 3, 3, 5, 7, 4, 10, 1, 5, 7, 10, 9, 9, 6, 5, 4, 9, 5, 7, 7, 4, 10, 2, 7 and 10. Total: 271. Successes: 36.

- <DM> [Sithe]: Grr...

- <Corsava> and I siphon 5 magic for dealing damage
- <DM> (ah crap, I never specified attacks only on that)
- <DM> Sithe: 25h, 25m | Shroud of Darkness | -5 Attack Dice | Covering Bloodwind
- <Corsava> (Even better, you never specified a minimum cost for magic with the ancients ability)
- <DM> (I honestly forgot it had the siphoning effect)
- <Corsava> (I can get magic costs down to 0 with it. Other abilities have explicit language preventing such things)
- <DM> [Sithe]: You sure we should be ignoring her?
- <DM> [Bloodwind]: You're suffering from an affliction just from attacking her. We're taking out the big guy first.
- <Corsava> "Perhaps your master fears for your life, little rat. You're not up to the task."
- <DM> [Bloodwind]: Don't be blindsided by the madness of incomparable blood sacrificed for the-
- <DM> *You notice a particular flare of madness within Bloodwind as he tries but fails to keep his composure.
- <DM> [Bloodwind]: Ugh...
- <DM> [Ganondorf]: You can't even control the powers you wield? Pathetic. You're not worthy of the Triforce of Power, or even of the power you wield.

- <DM> (uhh what do you mean?)

- <Corsava> (OH!)
- <Corsava> (I thought X slash was a decapitation attempt)
- <DM> (ah, in that case)
- <DM> *Your blades pass through his neck. But even though there's a clear cut through his neck... his head isn't falling off.
- <Corsava> (Either way, it also drains magic from him equal to the damage and his next spell costs 2 hearts.)
- <DM> 28 - 25 = 3 + 9 = 12 - 10 = 2 damage, so drained 2
- <DM> Ganondorf: 0h, 16m | 1 RP | +15 Courage | Is he straight up Immortal?

- <DM> *Ganondorf plants his Claymore into the ground.
- <Corsava> (Did...decapitating him not sufficiently impress him? XD Fuck. Tough crow-)
- <Corsava> (Oh thank goodness)
- <DM> [Ganondorf]: If we are to fight as Gerudo, then I shall fight you the traditional way.
- <Corsava> (Oh...fuck)
- <Corsava> (XD)
- <DM> *He uses the Triforce of Power to call upon a pair of blades.
- <Corsava> "I am honored."
- <DM> *They burst through the wall, and he now wields a pair of long Scimitars, shining a bright white.
- <Corsava> (I love that I got the decap off with his sister's scimitars, btw XD)
- <DM> (hahahah)
- <DM> *He mirrors your own stance.
- <Corsava> (I'm assuming we're doing one sword forward, the other raised)
- <DM> (Something like that)
- <DM> [Ganondorf]: Defend yourself!
- <DM> *He goes in for a Fury Dash, striking at you three times! And no, your defensive thing only procs once against him.

- <Corsava> "You know, it's funny. With the spirits that I've met, I've known you as a brother, a son, and a childhood hero."
- <DM> *Contrary to how it was for Koume & Kotake, your revelation of the Gerudo family logic does not make his head explode.
- <DM> *You hear a voice in your head. You don't recognize it at all.
- <Corsava> (At this rate, I'll be as much of his family tree as he is of mine)
- <DM> (>_<)
- <DM> [Voice]: Gerudo. What do you desire?
- * Corsava thinks to the voice "Peace for my people. I wish a world in which my people can live feely, and happily."
- <DM> [Voice]: And how do you wish to achieve that?
- * Corsava thinks back. "By embodying the virtues of my people. Whether or not they accept me. I will show the wisdom of the queens of old, the power of the King, and the courage of all who dare to live beneath the desert sun."
- <DM> [Voice]: Are you willing to sacrifice anything for this desire?

- <Corsava> aaand charged siege blast
- <DM> (roll it!)
- <Corsava> Which, weirdly is the 'lame' part of this attack against him XD
- <DM> *Ganondorf flaunts his Triforce of Power to defend after just accepting your attacks.

- <Navi> Corsava: You rolled 5 Dice with 10 Sides. Results: 4, 5, 8, 5 and 2. Total: 24. Successes: 3.
- <DM> [Voice]: You stopped using your own power, instead relying on that of others. You do not deserve it.
- <DM> [Voice]: You've grown old in your time in the Sacred Realm, and you've underestimated the new Heroes.
- <DM> *Ganondorf struggles to get up, but he lacks the strength, the power to do so. You see his skin wrinkling and his hair fraying quickly as his lifeforce is sucked out of him. With the Triforce of Power no longer protecting him...
- <DM> *Ganondorf drops his King's Claymore... and gives up the throne.
- * Corsava approaches him, the Broken Bow Blades drawn
- * Corsava looks to the Triforce of Power
- <DM> *You look for it, but it's not on Ganondorf's hand anymore. It's also not on your hand.
- * Corsava looks to him. "You idiot. This was his plan."
- * Corsava uses a down-thrusted X slash on him
- <DM> *His dead eyes stare back at you.
- <DM> (Roll it for the heck of it)
- <Corsava> (If he's incapable of defending himself, does that mean he doesn't roll?)
- <DM> (Correct)

- <Corsava> "The Gerudo will not bow to you either, Ganondorf. We will be free."
- <DM> *You flip into the air gracefully, and with both blades, you slice straight through the same spots your blades did earlier.
- <Corsava> (Did he died?)
- <DM> *There's a short moment of silence. Ganondorf's head rolls from his body, and the withering remains of his severed body turns to dust and becomes impossible to discern from the sand of the Spirit Temple.
- * Corsava loots his corpse, and takes his head, as well as anything that doesn't turn to dust with him
- <DM> *The head turned to dust as well.
- <Corsava> "I must take this to the Gerudo Fortres-"
- <Corsava> "Aww damn it. Now who will believe I killed Ganondorf?!"
- <DM> *Around you, though, the spirits of the Gerudo of past generations emerge.
- <DM> *They all bow down before you. You hear them chanting your name.
- * Corsava looks around and flushes.
- <DM> [Spirits]: Corsava! Corsava!
- <DM> *Nay, not just your name...
- <DM> [Spirits]: Queen Corsava! Queen Corsava!
- <Corsava> "I-" [swallows] "I must return to the Fortress. Our people need to know what's to come if they are to survive."
- * Corsava is now a bit concerned she's hallucinating the voices. She's never been honored by her people, certainly not like this. It's almost unthinkable.
- <DM> *Nearby, you recognize one of the spirits. You... met her at the start of the quest.
- <DM> *It's the spirit of Nabooru, though unlike the rest of the spirits here, you see a spirit thread linked from her to... wherever she is in the Gerudo Fortress.
- <DM> [Nabooru]: You made the right decision afterall.
- <Corsava> "Our people will not bow to tyranny. Nabooru. Not from without, and not from within."
- <DM> *She looks over briefly at the fallen king's corpse, then turns back to you with a faint smile.
- <DM> [Nabooru]: Yes. Thanks to you, you've broken the cycle of enslavement to our Kings of all generations past.
- * Corsava recovers what I can, anything that I think will aid the Gerudo to survive the storm that I helped to bring
- <Corsava> "Our people are free of the tyranny he brought."
- <DM> [Nabooru]: I see Bloodwind didn't get what he came here for. Far from it, it seems.
- * Corsava sighs remorsefully. "Now I hope we will endure the storm that I have helped to bring."
- <DM> [Nabooru]: Hmm? What storm?
- <Corsava> "I fear that the Power Stone has sought him out, or will find its way to him."
- <DM> [Nabooru]: Potentially. But now, we stand strongly united under you, Queen Corsava.
- <DM> [Nabooru]: He will not be able to stand against all of us even in the coming storm.
- <Corsava> "We will endure."
- <Corsava> "We will always endure."
- <DM> *She nods.
- <Corsava> "I must make way to the fortress, then. We must prepare. Is there a faster way than by foot? Or shall I 'hoof it?'"
- <DM> *Nabooru's spirit coordinates with all the spirits around you. They begin chanting, and you see a spell circle glow from beneath you. It seems to be the reverse of your newly acquired Summoning Ritual.
- <DM> *You feel your spirit lifting of the burdens as you ascend into the light.
- * Corsava closes my eyes and trusts in the warmth of my people.
- <DM> *You feel at peace for a moment... until you'll snapped back to reality. You're now standing on the highest peak in Gerudo Valley, which overlooks the Fortress below.
- <DM> *Nearby, Nabooru puts her hand on your shoulder.
- * Corsava turns to look upon her
- <DM> [Nabooru]: Welcome back.
- * Corsava smiles "It will take some convincing to gain the forgiveness of my sisters."
- <DM> *You hear the bickering of the spirits of Koume & Kotake within you. Nabooru smiles back at you.
- <DM> [Nabooru]: I'm sure the Witches will do that for you. But for now...
- <Corsava> "I probably should have siphoned him."
- <DM> *She has you turn your head to the east.
- <Corsava> "But...I don't like the thought of it."
- <DM> (Probably not, actually, as uhh... see the "downsides" of Spirit Siphoning too many folks)
- <Corsava> "Of allowing him into my mind. He was...truly evil."
- <Corsava> (Yeah, I'm having her make that point in-character)
- <DM> (Got it)
- <Corsava> (She means, he would've made her stronger, but she doesn't want that strength at the cost of her goodness.)
- * Corsava looks towards the east
- <DM> [Nabooru]: He had good intentions in the past, but once he succumbed to his powers... he was no longer worthy of calling us his "daughters" or "sisters".
- <Corsava> "He wished to stand above us, not with us."
- <DM> *To the west, the desert sun shines brightly upon the Fortress. However, you notice a shadow crawling over the east side of it. Turning your head and looking towards the center of Hyrule, you see a massive, black cloud enveloping the skies. It swirls violently in both directions as its violet lightning crackles.
- <DM> *There's a thundering noise, and you feel the mountain beneath you physically shake momentarily.
- <Corsava> "Ah, well, way to take the metaphorical storm and make it literal, world."
- <DM> [Nabooru]: It's the Mask Man.
- <Corsava> "Yes, it is."
- <DM> *You see a portal upon up from the sky, and from it descends the Great Godzilla-like Argarok that you once fought in the Twilight Realm. It lands with a thud, shaking the ground once more even though it's miles away.
- <DM> *Surrounding Lon Lon Ranch at the center of Hyrule Field, hundreds and hundreds of dark forces spill outwards, making their way across the land.
- <DM> [Nabooru]: The invasion... has begun.
- <Corsava> "We must get to our people at once."
- <DM> *She nods and leaps off the mountaintop, doing a quick Air Dash right before landing.
- * Corsava does the same, using my magic feather to get additional distance towards the fortress.
- * Corsava glances down at my hand, curious if the mark that ties me to Ganondorf has outlived him
- <DM> *You see the Dark Mark still covering your hand completely.
- <DM> *Your powers of Darkness Incarnate have yet to fade. There's still room for it to grow yet...
- <DM> *As you delve your thoughts and mind deeper into the pits of El Diablo, the Dark Mark consumes you, and you realize who its true master is...
