Biomes O' Plenty - Changes from 1.12

This is a list of additions, removals, and changes to things in Biomes O' Plenty going from 1.12 to 1.13/1.14.

And before you ask, all of the removals are permanent, unless I somehow feel like re-adding something again in the future.  Most things were removed either because I didn't like them anymore (Generally the case with the removed biomes), I felt they were out of the scope of the mod (Mainly the case with certain items/blocks/etc.), or they were just flatout redundant.

- Removed Bamboo Forest
- Removed Coral Reef
- Removed Crag
- Removed Eucalyptus Forest

- Added Dry Plains

- Added Pumpkin Patch (Seasonal Forest sub-biome)

- Changed the Orchard to a sub-biome of the vanilla Plains, replacing the Forest biome as its sub-biome
- Changed the Flower Field (Now called Flower Meadow) to a sub-biome of the Meadow
- Changed the Moor to a sub-biome of the Highland
- Changed the Xeric Shrubland to a sub-biome of the Brushland
- Changed the Bog to be based on a cranberry bog
- Changed the Brushland to be more inspired by the Caatinga region of Brazil
- Changed the Grove into a Mediterranean forest
- Changed the Rainforest into more of a subtropical rainforest
- Changed the climate map/weights to distribute climates and biomes more evenly

- Renamed the Dead Swamp to Mire
- Renamed the Origin Island to Origin Hills (For more appropriate use with Buffet generator)
- Renamed the Tropical Island to Tropics (For more appropriate use with Buffet generator)
- Renamed the Volcanic Island to Volcano (For more appropriate use with Buffet generator)
