Phrase: "I think I should stop *saying* now" [this phrase was weird on its own, remove it imo but saying should be "talking"]

Location: The girl inside Prof. Redwood's lab
Phrase: "*There're* only two of us researching in this lab" [i think there're doesnt exist... should be "There are"]

Location: The sign at Greenale
[I suggest you change the sign altogether... Having "the adventure" seems redundant actually. Also make the motto snappy and creative.]

Location: The Mailbox near the aforementioned sign
[This is actually a glitch as you can go through the mailbox and when you turn around, youll get the message"Oscar's House"]
