	Internet Connection: Exactly what it says on the tin.
	Hot Water: Because the plumbing in the Forgotten City is awful.
	Bonfire: A bonfire is placed oustide the safehouse. It's possible to cook on it.
	Microwave: Fast and efficient, capable of heating up meal packs within seconds. Technology sure is amazing!
	Deep Web Access: Allows access to hidden parts of the Internet, most notably the Nocturne City BBS mercenary forum. No child pornography.
	Bigger Bunk Rooms: Expands bunk room size. Bunk rooms will still have to be shared between two people.
	Bigger Living Room: Expands living room size. Furniture must be supplied by Players.
	Brighter Lights: Increases potency of light sources and adds a switch to toggle the level of brightness.
	Bigger Kitchen: Expands kitchen size.

	Brass Knuckledusters (x1): A pair of knuckledusters forged by the Hephaestus Siblings. Good for punching. [EQUIPPED]
	Iron Knuckledusters (x1): A pair of knuckledusters found in Pyre Ruin Valley. Good for punching, but not as much as brass.
	Steel-Tipped Boots (x1): A pair of combat boots with sharp steel tips. Used more for hiking than kicking, really. [EQUIPPED]
	Frag Grenade (x2): Common explosive weapon, deals fire/gun damage in a small radius.

ARMOR:
	Protective Shirt (x1): A light shirt made out of protective nylon fibres. Not the best defence against the Shadows, but it's better than nothing. [EQUIPPED]
	High-Cut Armor (x1): A Persona classic. Armor that covers less than a quarter of a woman's body, yet perplexingly provides good protection. Celeste seems very reluctant to wear it. Maybe more WILLPOWER is needed?

ACCESSORIES:

HEALING ITEMS:
	Basic Medkit (x2): A basic medical kit used by soldiers and mercenaries. Effectiveness is based off ENDURANCE stat. Heals full for E, heavy for D, medium for C, weak for B, little for A and pathetic for S.
	Drone Repair Kit (x1): A toolkit containing equipment used for repairing remote drones. But...you don't have any drones.

KEYS:
	Silver (x1): A silver key. Can be sold for a good price, or used to open certain locks in the Blackened Void.

MISCELLANEOUS:
	Broken Plasma Pistol (x1): A plasma pistol with a broken battery and battered casing. Fumika might be able to wield it, if repaired...
	Burnt Idol (x1): A human-shaped doll, colored charcoal. Seems to emit a faint warmth. The mere act of holding it fills a man with dread. Can be used as a gift for the morbid, only...
	Olive Branch (x2): A branch from an olive tree, naturally grown and cultivated. Gives a calming sensation when held. Can be eaten to cause teeth damage, only...
