In case that you want to work as dropman/dropwoman, please read the following instructions!
Dropman is a real-world job! You can work as dropman and earn money for work.
The better you understand the job and the better you are suited for the job, the better you will be able to do it and the more you will earn with it. There is no up-size-limit.

What skills does a dropman need?
Here is the list:

    The dropman must be able to walk and have the technical equipment necessary to find his geo-co-ordinates and create a video-clip.
    The dropman must know the area in that he lives or wants to find DDs and hide items. The key to success is a deaddrop that
        hides the item perfectly from human eyes, animals and weather
        is easy to access, that is on the ground or up to 1.5m in a non-dangerous area
        possible places: cemeteries, parks, ruins, borders of parking lots and so on.
        unacceptable places are like: strip between highway-lanes, no-go-aeras, locked buildings, chimneys' tops...
    The dropman must take responsibility and do his tasks as good as possible: check the items received, handle them with care and prudence, and place each item into a good DD, create the video-clip in the proposed way, make sure the fitting information is entered into the form on the website.
    The dropman shall look un-suspicious, i.e. like a tourist or a local walking his dog


The dropman is the anonymous delivery boy and he should work at daytime
What levels of dropmen are there?
There are two levels:
1. the basic dropman, who can buy only prepacked items and fill them into DDs. No deposit is needed, the normal OUTLAW-user-account is enough to start!
2. the re-seller/dropman, who can receive items as well as whosale-boxes to drop, and can re-pack and have own offers as well. The smallest vendor-account on OUTLAW is needed for this.

Who can become dropman?
Basically, everyone with the mentioned skills and time to do the job.

    Small online-dealer: while keeping the shipping-option, he can start placing his products in DDs.
    Street-dealer: instead of direct contact with customers at public places, you can hide the items and send people online to pay and gt them.
    Drug-consumer: becoming dropman can pay for your consumption!
    anyone with time to work and looking for a job outside!


Does a dropman need to place all items offered?
No, you should check ever wholesale-box offered to you and reject all items you do not want to place into DDs - before buying them. Once you have bought them, you must place them - or discard them at own expenses.

Can I work for more than one vendor?

You not only can do that - you should do that! If you take your job seriously, you should try to find a couple of vendors to work with - and once you get more work than you can manage to do yourself, you should find more dropmen to work with (anonymously possible).

A Dead Drop (DD) is a place where an item is hidden to be picked up.
After a buyer has paid, he receives all necessary information to find the DD and pick the product.
The advantages for the buyer:

    Instant pick up: Instead of waiting days or even weeks for the product to arrive by postal service, he can pick the product within hours or even less time!
    Full anonymity - no delivery-address: The buyer does not need to transmit any 'delivery address' and can stay fully anonymous to the vendor
    7/24 availability: No weekdays-restriction of 'delivery'. Buyer can order Saturday afternoon and have the product before the party starts!

To make the DDs available everywhere, OUTLAW installed a complex feature that is easy to operate, but needs some attention and understanding by the vendors and dropmen!
Read carefully how it works
The dropman is the anonymous delivery boy.
The dropman places the item into a deaddrop he searches for and finds himself, creates a short video-clip showing exactly where the item is placed, in detail, and panorama-view. He adds the geo-co-ordinates and uploads the data to our upload-server.
The buyer of the placed item does not need to enter any personal data, but immediately after payment receives the data uploaded by the dropman. He uses the geo-co-ordinates to find the place and then watches the video-clip to exactly find the item.

Contrary to the traditional online-business based on postal shipping of the goods -and as long as there are not enough dropmen in every place of the world-, the DDs must be prepared, that means, the products must be placed into DDs first and then offered to the buyer.

OUTLAW installed a Stock Management System (SMS) to make the co-operation between wholesellers and dropmen easy.
And this is how it works step-by-step:

    The vendor sets up an offer for the consumer, i.e. 1g hash for 10 USD + shipping
    The vendor prepares the product for DDs: he makes 20 vacuumed and labeled bags with 1g hash each and places them into a wholesale-box (WB)
    He offers the box with 20 x 1g in bags to a dropmen for a wholesale-price,i.e. 180 USD and defines 3 USD DD-filling costs.
    The dropman buys the box, it gets delivered to him, he confirms arrival, just like with any other deal on OUTLAW market
    The SMS restocks the dropman's product for placing into DDs. The dropman takes the pre-packed and labeled bags and hides them in 20 DDs. He uploads the geo-co-ordinates and short video-clip of each item placed into a DD
    Then, the dropman activates the DD and it becomes available on the offers-page.
    When a buyer buys the product in the DD, the shop gives all data necessary to the buyer to pick it. The buyer goes and picks his product.
    The buyer then confirms pick-up, votes and comments on the product and DD. This releases the payment.
    The payment is given to the dropman. In this example he will earn 200-180 = 20 USD and 20 x 3 USD for placing 20 DD in his area: makes a total of 80 USD. The numbers:
        The buyers paid to the dropman: 20 x 13 = 260 USD
        The dropman paid to the vendor 180 USD.
    The dropman buys the next prepared box from the wholeseller (step 4) and so the business continues...
    We set up a CREDIT-feature so vendors can give credit to dropman and re-sellers if they like to to boost their business!

Considerations
Why it is not likely that LE will engage as dropmen?
The dropman-system is built the way that the dropman could 'catch' only 'his' buyers. Thus, LE would have to commit more severe crimes to catch people who comit less severe crimes.
Dropmen can start small and become big - but each one could only catch the smaller 'fish' then he is, no matter how big. It is not accepted in the population that police would commit 'big crimes' to get 'small fish' - if LE wants to catch some consumers they have easy other ways to do so without engaging in 'illegal business'.
Dropmen could scam... how is this risk dealt with?
Like in every job, there are dedicated, good workers and there are scammers and lazy people on the order side
The system is set up in the way that the drompan must buy the products he wants to hide in DDs
If he hides them well, he has fun, his 'buyers' have a good time and he earns more money than if he just pretends to work!
The payment for the item picked by the buyer goes to the drompan! In case that a few buyers will complain, the money from the escrow won't be released to him and he will get bad stats and never a drompan-job again.
Contrary to that: when he makes a good job, he can have fun, make good money and work himself up to have own dropmen working for him!

All business connected with DD is made using OUTLAW's escrow!
Important information and instructions:
Every vendor can act as dropman for own products or wholeseller-offered products!
Every user can become dropman without any deposit!
The vacuum-sealed bag must be labeled according to the information on the preparation-page!
The product price and DD-filling-costs (kind of 'shipping costs') are defined by the wholeseller!
The buyers communicates with the wholeseller, not the dropman!
