- >The school bell rings for you to move to your next class.
- >When you pick up your backpack, you are shoved back into your seat by an unfriendly face among the crowd of kids leaving the room.
- >Flash.
- >That fucking asshole jock who pushes you around and does what he wants.
- >Stupid prick.
- >You pick yourself up and walk out behind the last kid.
- >Like always, waiting for you out in the hallway is your friend Applejack.
- >Been best friends since you came to Canterlot High two years ago.
- >Wow.
- >It's been two years already...
- >She smiles at you and you groan a bit.
- >"What's the matter sugarcube?"
- "It's... It's nothing."
- >You start walking and she walks with you.
- >"It obviously ain't nothin' if it's got ya down."
- >She looks at you for a few seconds as you walk.
- >"It's Flash, isn't it?"
- "Yeah, how'd you know?"
- >She chuckles as she shrugs.
- >"Call it a friend's intuition."
- >Both of you turn around a corner.
- >Walking down the other side of the hallway is one of the hottest girls in the school.
- >Rainbow Dash.
- >The things you've heard she can do with her thighs...
- >God damn.
- >But she only hangs out with the most popular of guys.
- >She passes you without even looking.
- >You continue your conversation with Applejack.
- "He's such a dick sometimes. Always acting like he owns the place."
- >"Kinda like Sunset?"
- >You shake your head.
- "No. Unlike Sunset, he isn't outspoken about it. He's discrete."
- >She nods in understanding.
- >It is quiet for a little while as you two walk.
- "But yeah, Flash is a total dick."
- >"He probably sucks a lot of em too."
- >You smirk at her joke.
- >"Sucks a lot of what?"
- >Both of you turn to see Flash right behind you.
- >Applejack turns red in the face as she tries to form up a lie.
- >"Ah uh... Suckers! Ya know, lollipops! B-Because... Because your breath always smells kinda fruity! R-Right Anon?"
- >She looks at you with a really bad attempt at a sincere smile.
- >She's never been the best at lying.
- >"So you think I smell fruity? Like a girl?"
- >Flash then nears her.
- >You furrow your brow and shout out.
- "Hey!"
- >He stops and looks at you.
- >"What do you want, Anon? This is between me and her."
- "Leave her alone, I was the one who said it."
- >He turns toward you with a smug smile.
- >"Really then? Tell me, what exactly did you say?"
- >Aj is shaking her head for you to not do it.
- >But you have to take a stand against him.
- >He's been doing this since you first got here.
- >And this is what you learned in school, right?
- >To stand up to a bully?
- >Kids start to crowd around.
- >You gulp.
- >Well, here goes nothing.
- "I said you suck cocks, you stupid fucking jock faggot."
- >AJ sits with you in the health room as you hold an ice pack to your forehead.
- >"Ah ain't never seen someone punch so fast."
- "Mhm."
- >"Ah almost thought ya fainted from fear."
- "Really."
- >"It was like he just looked at ya and ya fell over."
- "Aj."
- >"And it wasn't just a light one either. Ah mean, look how swollen-"
- "I GET IT."
- >She stops talking and rubs your hand.
- >"Oops. Ah'm sorry."
- >The nurse comes back with another ice pack and smiles at you both.
- >"Aww... Young love is so adorable."
- >Aj retracts her hand and both of you scoot away, simultaneously saying "WHAT?!"
- >The nurse just smiles at you.
- >"There's no need to hide it."
- "Hide what?!"
- >"We ain't in no relationship, we're just friends!"
- >Both of you glare at the nurse and she just laughs.
- >"I was the saaame waaay. Never wanted to tell admit it."
- >You stand and look at AJ.
- "Come on, let's go."
- >She stands and you take the ice pack given to you by the grinning nurse.
- >When you get back into the hallway, you pull out your phone to check the time.
- "Ten minutes until school's out. Might as well start walking to the front."
- >You start walking and put away your phone.
- >She catches up with you.
- >"Well that was mighty strange, wasn't it?"
- >You look at her and see a light blush on her face.
- "Yeah, it was. I mean, why would she think that just because we're the opposite gender that we have to be dating?"
- >Her eyes look down a little bit.
- >"Yeah, we're friends. Just two friends."
- >She says that last part a bit strangely.
- >You walk with her in silence to the front of the building.
- >The bell rings when you reach the door and you exit.
- >Applejack lives further away than you, so she has to take the bus.
- >You walk with her to her bus.
- >"Ah'll uh... Ah'll see ya tomorrow, friend."
- >A confused look comes across your face at her tone, but you respond politely.
- "See you later Aj."
- >She gets on her bus after waving goodbye and you follow the sidewalk to go home.
- >Why was she being so weird after what happened in the health room?
- >A second earlier she was just being herself, and then she changed instantly.
- >Guess Dad was right.
- >Girls are strange.
- >You reach your house and take the key from your pocket to unlock and open the door.
- >Once inside, you call out.
- "I'm home!"
- >Your father calls back.
- >"So am I!"
- >After closing the door behind you, you enter.
- >Your father comes around the corner.
- >"How was sch-"
- >He stops once seeing you holding an ice pack up to your head.
- >"What happened?"
- "I just got in a little fight. It's nothing."
- >He nods.
- >"Oh..."
- >You stare at each other for a few seconds.
- >"I take it you didn't win then."
- >You shake your head and make your way to the stairs.
- >As you ascend them, your father calls to you.
- >"I'll tell your mother you ran into a pole again."
- "Thanks Dad."
- >Your dad's a pretty cool guy sometimes.
- >Once you reach your room, you close the door and throw off your backpack.
- >You sit on the bed and continue to hold the ice pack to your head.
- >Fucking Flash.
- >Stupid faggot.
- >One of these days you'll show him.
- >...you have no idea how...
- >But you'll do it.
- >Hopefully...
- >You lay down in bed and look up at the ceiling for a little while.
- >As you lay in bed, a knock is heard on your door.
- "Come in."
- >It opens and your jaw drops as Rainbow Dash walks in.
- "R-Rainbow, what are-"
- >"Shut up kid."
- >She sits down on the bed and starts to take off her top.
- >You watch with anticipation.
- >Her shirt just barely gets to the nipple when a loud stomp startles you.
- >You open your eyes and see your mom in the doorway.
- >She's shaking her head while looking at your erection.
- >Quickly grabbing the pillow to cover yourself, you yell at her.
- "M-MOM!"
- >"You were having dreams about that girl again, weren't you?"
- "NO!"
- >She smirks.
- >"It's dinner time honey."
- >She turns around and goes downstairs.
- >Damn it.
- >Need to get a lock for that door...
- >You stand up and start to stretch.
- >As you stretch, you look out the window at the dark sky.
- >Man, you must have been out for a while.
- >Suddenly the sky flashes white for a second and you stop stretching.
- "The fuck?"
- >You walk over to the window and look out at the sky.
- >Nothing seems to be different.
- "Maybe my eyes are just playing tricks on me."
- >Just then, you notice a tiny light appear in the darkness of the sky.
- >It seems to move across the sky.
- >Like a shooting star.
- >But...
- >Why is it moving so slow?
- >It then seemingly stops moving completely.
- >And then the tiny line of light curves downward and lands somewhere in front of the house.
- >Whoa.
- >What was that?
- >Maybe some sort of-
- >"ANON, IT'S DINNER TIME!"
- "COMING!"
- >You shake your head and walk down the stairs for dinner.
- >It was probably nothing.
- >Maybe some space rock or something that caught fire in the atmosphere.
- >When you get downstairs, you walk into the dining room and sit at the end of the table.
- >A plate of pasta is there.
- >Your mom is smiling at you as she eats her food.
- >She swallows.
- >"I made your favorite!"
- "Mom, the last time I said spaghetti was my favorite was when I was ten. I'm seventeen now."
- >Your dad gives you a look.
- >"Don't talk to your mother like that."
- >You nod and eat your food in silence.
- >The rest of the dinner is silent as you repress your anger from the fight earlier today.
- >When you finish, you stand up and take your plate to the kitchen.
- >After you put it in the sink, your mom calls from the dining room.
- >"Can you take out the trash?"
- >You groan out,
- "Alright."
- >You take the trash bag out of the can and tie it closed.
- >Then you carry it out of the kitchen and leave the house to put it in the dumpster across the street.
- >Just after you dispose of the trash, you get curious as to what that thing in the sky was.
- >A quick scan of the area is enough to see a tiny crater a few meters away from the dumpster.
- >You approach it slowly and peer inside.
- >It's a... Watch?
- >What would a watch be doing falling from the sky like that?
- >Maybe someone dropped it while skydiving?
- >...nah.
- >That doesn't make any sense.
- >What's even more strange is how perfect it looks, considering it just was a flaming mass not too long ago.
- >You pick it up and are shocked at how cold it is to the touch.
- >Upon further inspection of it, you come to a conclusion.
- >This is one nice looking watch.
- >You walk back inside with the watch in your hand.
- >Without a word to your parents, you go back upstairs and close the door behind you.
- >The shiny silver of the watch really pops out when under a light.
- >This aught to get you some attention at school.
- >You put it on your wrist.
- >Four sharp pains are felt on your wrist where the back of the clock are.
- >The veins on your arms bulge out and you yell out in pain as this burning sensation is pumped into your body through this watch.
- >As first instinct, you try pulling on the watch to get it off.
- >It doesn't bulge, and seems to make the pain coursing through your body intensify.
- >You lay on your back with all of your limbs stiff and scream at the top of your lungs.
- >Mom's voice is heard from downstairs.
- >"Anon?!"
- >You scream out once again and try slamming the watch against the wall.
- >The wall is more damaged than the watch itself.
- >A pressure deep within your chest is felt climbing its way up to your neck.
- >The door opens and your mother rushes in with your father right behind her.
- >She runs to your side and kneels down.
- >"Are you alright? What's wrong baby?"
- >You groan out in pain, every vein in your body feeling like it's about to burst.
- >The pressure reaches your head and your eyes roll back into your head.
- >The last thing you hear is the screams of your mother.
