There are multiple violations of the CANSPAM act which can be enforced by the FTC. Their privacy policy page states that they do not share personal information including emails and other information entered when subscribing or making a purchase, which leads me to my next point:

There's a large block of PAC's with the same people, and a good number that donate to the official PAC and get it reimbursed by one of the officially not associated packs. (but the money tells the truth)

Bernie is using the "Obama Online Team" and because of this, has reddit and various social media ideologues cornered. Sanders is not running a real camapign, he is a social media figure put forth by the DNC to control an "Occupy" style movement by acknowledging their previous platform.
