She is a wise Human with a stocky, broad-hipped and well-padded build. She seems an earthy, no-
nonsense individual, with narrow brown eyes that hold a calculating glint. Her face is round with
soft features, a small nose and an expressive mouth. Her hair is fully longer than she is tall, and
has been collected back into a tight braid and pinned up out of the way in a few loops at the back
of her head. Her fingernails seem unusually thick and clawlike, with a bluish tint toward the root
and a pointed tip. Furthering the reptilian appearance of her hands, her arms are sheathed from
fingertip to shoulder in glossy greenish-blue scales.

Here's the coat:

With a high collar and a sweeping hemline, this longcoat is dark and formal, lending the wearer a
distinguished and official air. Thick, black fabric has been used to provide a measure of warmth and
protection to the wearer, with long sleeves and heavy cuffs. These cuffs, as well as the edges of
the broad lapels and each of the hems, have been decorated with fine, silvery piping, making a sharp
contrast to the darkened backdrop. The coat has been sewn in double-breasted fashion, with a set of
silver buttons marching up each side of the chest. Inside, the coat is lined with storm-grey silk
that has been woven with a pattern of numerological symbols. A silver cord has been attached to one
shoulder, and loops across to a polished badge on the chest; a matching cord decorates the back of
the coat, knotted at the shoulder blades and hanging down into a short tassel.

-Big and heavy and militaristic, basically. She wears it open.
-Far as the other clothes go, they're not really important, so artist's impression from the shortdesc is fine.
-The hairpin is kanzashi, incidentally, but it's not terribly important either so you can skip that if you like.
-Also I doubt it'll be in a position to really be visible, but if you happen to have her wedding ring in a place that requires detail, the inlay is a circle of knotwork on the top, that's all.
-The only other detail is that if the left side of her neck (that's her left, not ours) is visible, it's got a small black tattoo on it like this:

I'm pretty sure you know what Elea's like, but if you need a refresher, she's a nice enough person but very businesslike and calculating, and she gets pretty grim when either science is happening, or people are behaving like children. I don't have anything in mind for pose- kind of interested in leaving things on the loose side and seeing how you interpret it/her, to be honest.

As for the actual artwork, I'm paying in credits so I'd like a quick colour waist-up. You're undercharging I think though, so I'll be paying more than 45 credits, that's for sure.
