  1. Teambuilding 202
  2. Target Audience: Players with a good grasp of ASB's battling system, strategies and rules, but have problems in choosing competitive pokemon to train, moves to use on them, as well as in making teams (rentals or not) for serious battles.
  3. Manager: Frosty
  4. Tutors: Frosty (PM Frosty if you want in. Standards are high as high can be)
  5. WARNING: This course isn't attached to any specific battle. This will most likely take longer than the signups period on tourneys or the DQ period to send in serious battles. If you are in a hurry, don't bother. The odds of you not finishing in time are considerable, so take it at your own peril.
  6.
  7.
  8. There are three subjects covered in this course:
  9. a) Choosing pokemon to catch and train
  10. b) Choosing moves to put on your moves
  11. c) Workshop: How to build teams for battles.
  12.
  13.
  14. Items a and b are on demand, as in: you ask and the tutor will answer. IMPORTANT: this goal of those two isn't to tell you which pokemon you should have in general, as that is the purpose of the Starting ASB Program and we assume that the pupil here knows which pokemon generally work and which generally don't work in ASB (if that isn't the case, then this course isn't recommended). The advice in pokemon and moves is always for specific goals: Do you want to challenge gyms? Do you want to fight on raids? Feeling like trying your hand in TLRs? Then might help you out choosing mons generally good in those parts of ASB and the moves you should try to get on them.
  15.
  16. Sure if you only have specific goals (you know which TLR or which raid you want to challenge) then item c is probably the best for you.
  17.
  18. The last part of the course, and usually the longest, is about building teams. Part of it is on demand and part is default. The Mentor will present many situations (build a team vs me, build a team vs TLR X, build a team on raid X, build a team vs RP X, build a team against gym leader X, build a team of rentals for a tourney with XXXX settings) and pupil will try to build teams according to those situations. Then the Tutor will give pointers to fix those teams in general and say what to do and what not to do, pointing out what was done wrong and right and why they are wrong and right. Sure if you have a specific goal in mind, it can be worked too, but regardless of that, the tutor HAS to present other scenarios. As said before, this course is intended to be more generic.
  19.
  20. The program lasts until the Tutor is satisfied or after 30 days, whatever comes in first.
  21.
  22. If no sign from either tutor or pupil in 4 days, feel free to either DQ or get a sub. Watch for LoA tho.
  23.
  24. After taking this course, there is a 2-week cooldown before any other battling 202 course can be taken.
  25.
  26. Payment: Tutor gets 7UC.
