  1. Effective April 1st, 2014, the following rules are in effect in regard to joining (and staying) in the official TSC Race Nights Skype group:
  2.
  3. 1) To join the group, you must have a minimum of 3 races prior to joining, and at least 2 of these races must not have ended in a forfeit or DQ.
  4.
  5. Once in the group, you are permitted to stay in there until the end of a quarterly schedule. Depending on exactly when you manage to join, you may be given an additional grace period.
  6.
  7. 2) To stay in the group for another 3 months (another schedule set), you must join at least 2 races per schedule set, and both of the races must not have ended in a forfeit or DQ.
  8.
  9. Rule 2 will be enforced 4 times per year, at the end of March, June, September, and December. Each schedule of races last for 3 months, and will have at least 12 races at all times.
  10.
  11. Exceptions can and will be granted to racers who are faced with circumstances that will last a long period of time, but you will generally need to speak to Flying Fox or HyperSonic7701 about the situation. There's no need to go into too much detail, but we do need to be aware of the situation in order to allow you to stay in. There is a difference between not being able to join and choosing not to join.
  12.
  13. 3) In the event that a person needs to be kicked (under no case will there be more than 25 people in the Skype group), people with the fewest number of races and/or a long period of inactivity since their last race are the people most likely to get kicked.
  14.
  15. 4) If you are kicked out for the reason of not fulfilling the requirement set forth in rule 2, you can return to the Skype group, but only if you join an additional 2 races within a 3 month period prior to your return, and both of the races must not have ended in a forfeit or DQ. If you are kicked out for a different reason, the requirement may be different (and likely harder) for you to return.
  16.
  17. Lastly, Flying Fox and HyperSonic7701 reserve the right to kick anyone out of the Skype group for any reason, at any time, though not without warning.
  18.
  19. Good luck and have fun!
